Don’t ever go here! I ordered our food and waited about 20-25 minutes after going back and forth about 4 times to get our food. When I finally asked what’s taking a long time the cashier told me I didn’t order anything. Mind you, I paid for it and they did not give me a receipt so I have to pull my bank records on my phone to show that I paid them. The cashier took my phone and started scrolling my phone which shows my entire account and back records so I took the phone and she said she still needs it. I told her to just return the money and we will take our business somewhere but she said she will get the food prepared right away. When we got the ramen, the “meat” is all fat! No meat at all! All grease! Worse service and very bad tasting food! Never again!

I like the fried shrimp very much, fresh and delicious Orange juice sweet and sour meat and BBQ sauce chicken legs All~very delicious~ The bento provided by the boss is a big bowl and I feel super full after eating it! I’ll come back to Woodfield again if I have the chance?

Took one bite AND THREW UP! Zero stars in every category. horrible customer service , TRIED to over charge me I gave a recommendation to change his pricing on the menu if he’s trying to screw people over! Cold tasteless and just stomach turning all around DO NOT EAT
This place deserves 0 stars came here to eat with my family and I was given the nastiest customer service ever. The workers gave me attitude rushed me and tried to charge me a completely different price of what the menu said. When we finally got our food it was cold hard and had HAIR IN IT. most disgusting place ever do not eat here when I tried to get a refund they yelled at us and called us liars this place should be SHUT DOWN.

Gave a one star but they deserve no stars. The customer service at this establishment is the worst I’ve ever encountered. The man serving us tried to over charge us as well as made us feel unwelcome to purchase food. If you have issues going on then don’t come to work and take it out on customers trying to help your establishment. After arguing with the man and finally getting food there was a bug crawling in my plate of noodles. I didn’t know if I should scream or cry because I ate a few pieces and then just got SICK to my stomach. I hope no one else goes to this place, I know I will never go back.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD!!!!!!! My girlfriend and I came to get some food and we just wanted noodles and veggie rolls. My girlfriend asked the worker if there was a small bowl for the noodles and he said no and got a plate for just the noodles and 2 eggrolls, which is fine. He checks us out and charges $11, when it was supposed to be $8. Then he said he said the noodles are $6 when the sign says $4 for noodles, and proceeds to get a bowl that he said he didn’t have in the first place. He got really upset and threw our food back in with the rest of the noodles. He ignored us and tried to take care of the next customers, and he ended up “shooing” them away. We ended up getting what we wanted in the first place for the exact price that was listed on the sign. I asked for a receipt and ended up yelling. he had the nastiest attitude ever. The food was cold and nasty, the veggie rolls were overcooked and mushy in the inside. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND getting food here. They’re very disrespectful, unprofessional, they overcharge you with prices that they make up and GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
