Had the absolute worst teriyaki chicken I've ever had in my life here. Took one bite and spat it out because the chicken was so slimy and chewy and the sauce tasted extremely off. The noodles were edible at best.

Ordered the spicy beef ramen here for lunch. Worst meal I’ve had in a long time. The beef in the ramen was fatty and tough, most pieces were difficult or impossible to chew. My wife didn’t mind the bourbon chicken rice bowl but we both agreed we won’t be back.

This place is awful. I was debating on which chicken I wanted to buy and asked to try a piece to decide. They do not allow you to try a piece even when you’re buying a plate. The guy also had a horrible attitude. No wonder they only have a 2 star rating. After reading the reviews I’m glad he was a j****

My girlfriend and I got mistreated June 2nd 2023 by the only employee working at 5:45pm... said employee had a horrendous attitude. He also mislead us in regards to pricing. Upon realizing the actual charge, we changed our order for a different plate (better value to get something else). The employee proceeded to mix the the shrimp veggies to the steam rice. (Enough to cause allergy reaction to someone allergic to shrimp). Employee then refused to serve us and also refused to give his name but i took a picture of him.I'm sure to report this to the better business bureau Monday morning. License #68279.

The employee charged me for something I didn't even order (extra $9 charge), then when I told him he overcharged me, he said he can't give me my money back and just threw me a chicken bowl and walked away. Awful service and attitude. The food we did order was bland and soggy.
