They are not able to customize smoothies to make them non-dairy. The cashier also told me it would be hard finding vegan options at the mall in a negative way. FYI Jamba Juice has plenty of non-dairy options.

Waited at the register for 5+ minutes as one person made a smoothie and the other casually cleaned containers instead of serving me. The previous owners would’ve never made anyone wait like that. So rude.
Definitely not the same ingredients or maybe recipe. Previous owners made a really good smoothie, but now I know not to go back. It was pretty pricey $6.14 for a small :(

my boyfriend and i are from out of town and were wanting a refreshing drink to end our day, however we got quite the opposite. even though the staff was friendly, their drinks made us sick. 5 minutes after i drank their strawberry lemonade, i started to feel instantly sick and felt like i was going to throw up. similarly, my boyfriend got a smoothie and felt the same way, just less severe. on top of this, everything was WAY too sweet. sickly sweet. im not even sure what they would have put in our drinks but i hope it wasn’t anything bad… wouldn’t recommend.

I love this place! I always come here for a smoothie during lunch, this is probably the best and most delicious smoothie in Illinois and in general that I have tried! Absolutely all the fruits are fresh, the staff is very kind and nice! You can always tell them about your taste preferences and they will help you make your own smoothie to taste. I definitely recommend you visit this place at least once. I will come back here many more times.✨👍🏻
