My husband and I came here on 8/23/25 from 3pm to 4pm. The food was decent. The reason why we gave it a low star rating was that the server, Yoyo (per our receipt) served my husband the wrong sushi dish. She put it in front of him and walked away. She then came back and apologized for giving him the wrong dish and proceeded to give the dish to another customer. The food should have been remade since it was in front of my husband for about a minute. The server was absolutely wrong to do this. We will not be returning.

We are big sushi lovers and always go to Oishi Sushi in Schaumburg. We decided to change things up and go to Sushi Tsuki. Never again! It was a very disappointing experience. The sushi was very low quality, the service very underwhelming and the atmosphere is non existant. The food upset our stomachs so much we threw up during the night. I wouldn't recommend going there when you can go to Oishi Sushi or even Valli's sushi has better taste and freshness.

Absolutely disgusting sushi set First of all the Philadelphia cheese smells bad, fish taste much worse than in other sushi restaurants, for 70 pieces of sushi they gave me very small amount of ginger Bought a party tray c, absolutely not worth it Thought I found new good sushi place but no Btw service was good they made order very quick Not recommended and not satisfied👎👎

I've been putting off leaving this review because I love the food but my last experience was unacceptable. The sushi is here is great, price it reasonable for AYCE and the service is relatively exceptional. It can get pretty busy around dinner time. So here's my experience. My sister took me here to the place for my birthday earlier this month. It was fantastic. Had a wonderful experience. So much so that I went back 1 week later. This second time around I started to feel a little sick toward the end of my meal like I was going to vomit. We had already received the check which had a QR code at the bottom to scan and pay. Since I wasn't feeling well and my partner was on a business call I decided to step outside and scan the QR code to pay. When I tell you the waitress and manager chased me outside I am not joking. I hadn't even stepped off of the side walk. They were telling me to come inside to pay. I told them I wasn't feeling well and I was in the process of paying online. They were insisting I come back inside but I declined. As soon as I process my payment and see that the payment was accepted I turned to head toward my car. AGAIN the manager steps out yelling at me that I cancelled my payment and I needed to come back inside. Mind you I'm looking at the receipt on my phone that says my payment was accepted. The manager is telling me to come look at her computer because it says the payment was cancelled. I show her the receipt on my phone as well as my bank account that shows the money was taken. She proceeds to tell me I cannot leave until I come inside and pay. I'm frustrated and do not feel well and just want to go to my car. But instead I sit on the brick wall and tell her I don't feel good and won't be going back inside. I told her I would wait until the money comes back to my account but I'm not paying again until then. She then STANDS WITH THE DOOR OPEN, STARING AT ME LIKE IM TRYING TO DINE AND DASH. I was so pissed I told her she did not need to stand there and watch me and make me feel like a thief and that if I wanted to leave without paying I would have already left but nope she still just stood there saying I'm not the first person who had done this but I'm like done what???? Smh made me feel like a criminal and I was not in the mood. I started feeling worse and my partner was finally off of her phone call so she went inside to take care of the bill and we left. There was no real apology from the staff for the way we were treated. It was embarrassing to say the least. As good as the food is I will not be returning. Maybe don't give the option to scan and pay if you're going to treat people like thieves when they are using that payment option.

Do not tell someone 10 minutes for pickup and then make them wait another 10-15 minutes when they get there. That's just bad customer service. Will not be going back.

In town from MN, and saw this place on Google. Glad we did it was amazing. Place was busy which means you know it's good, so we got take out. They even through in a couple appetizers for free. Sushi and Sashimi plater for 2 was amazing.
Third meal this week from Sushi Tsuki! Couldn’t help it, the food is so fresh and delicious! This time I ordered salmon teriyaki, which did not disappoint! So beautifully and carefully arranged and packed, thank you again!!

Great sushi with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The rolls were well-made, and everything looked amazing. The place has a nice, cozy atmosphere, and the staff was friendly. It got a bit busy, so the wait was longer than expected, but the food was worth it. Definitely recommend!
