Sweet occasions have been are go to for our family celebrations cake for about 5 years now. The service is amazing now…. I cannot express in words how amazing my latest cake was. My son loved it from the design to the taste!! Thank you sweet occasions!

This the only bakery that would make the wedding cake my wife wanted for our big day and 7 years later we still order a mini replica to celebrate our anniversary. I have yet to pick up a cake from them and it not be fresh and delicious. Thank you guys again for the years of cakes

I randomly stopped in here today to get some cupcakes for a friends birthday. I got a mix bag of pink champagne, vanilla, chocolate, earl grey, Oreo, and red velvet. All of them were delicious! The earl grey and pink champagne stood out as my two favorites and my friend favored the chocolate and red velvet (and that’s why I got 6 flavors)! The service was great. I didn’t catch the man’s name but he was eager to whip up whatever cupcakes I wanted since they had pretty much sold out by 2pm. They had lots of cute cookies and items to choose from in the window. I will def be going back here. They also offer cupcake decorating parties which seems like such a fun birthday party idea! I will likely try that for me & some friends at some point. Have to give them one star but if I had choice wouldn’t even give that. Horrible cake they changed me 70 dollars and had to throw the whole cake out. The cake was stale , tasted like it was made from so many days and given to me. I asked for vanilla frosting and was give chocolate on top they didn’t even cared to take care of me and hung the phone . Well if you guys( sweet occasions) are reading this will soon hear from my bank ?

Don't go to this place I explained to the agent how I want my cake made she said no problem when I pick up the cake it was like a dough they refused to do anything about it and hang up ... don't go there

Beautiful and yummy cake for my daughter’s first birthday last December. ♥️ My first order from Cindy was way back in 2014 for my husband’s 30th and I placed an order for my mother in law’s 70th. Can’t wait to see the outcome! ?

I recently had a disappointing experience with a cake order I placed for my first-born's 1st birthday celebration. I specifically provided pictures and a detailed description to avoid any confusion. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I found that it was different from what I had requested. Although the colors were correct, the cake itself was not what I had ordered. When I discussed this issue with the staff member who handed me the order, I expressed my disappointment and politely asked for a resolution. Unfortunately, the staff member simply apologized and hastily dismissed my concerns, suggesting that I had come at the last minute. In reality, I had given them more than 24 hours to prepare, I also had another options I could’ve go to What surprised me the staff member went inside left me at the register while I was taking to him!!!!. This lack of customer service was truly disheartening. Additionally, the taste of the cake was terrible, and even the kids at the party refused to eat it. I ended up having to throw it away. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this place based on their poor customer service and disappointing product.Edited:The guy told me the manager will reach out to you, and sure thing no one did. I ordered a custom cake here for my graduation party. Cindy always answered my emails promptly and the price was unbeatable. She was able to accommodate all of my requests for the cake. I picked up the cake on the date I requested without any hassle, and the employees at the shop were very professional and helpful. The cake was a hit at the party -- not only did it look amazing, but the guests thought it tasted delicious as well. Highly recommend!
