I was the only person in line and wasn’t even greeted. After standing there for 5 minutes the lady finally asked what we wanted. We wanted to sub out almonds for breadcrumbs an obvious downgrade and was told we’d be charged extra for it even tho we do that every time. I wanted to walk out because the employees terrible attitude but my girlfriend likes sweet green. The lady was nice when we accidentally drove thru the drive thru but then was super rude to us when we were inside. I ordered the seasonal item which you’d think they’d be prepared for people ordering it but she asked me to wait 5 minutes for the Brussels to be ready. 15 minutes later and my gf finishing her food my food finally became ready. There were flies inside the area with all the veggies. I thought it was funny how the employee with the horrible attitude was the one not wearing a name tag.

I go here at least once a day. It's so consistently good ? the other reasurants feel like poison, it's nice to have a good alternative. Now I'm hooked ? one of the workers "Joe" has a name tag Sofia and he's cool af. I definitely recommend this restaurant if u haven't tried it. They have really good healthy options.
Vegetarian options: They have tofu and mushrooms. I think the potatoes and all of the fruits/vegetables are good vegan options also.
Dietary restrictions: I have a vegan friend and she likes to eat here too.
Parking: I've never struggled with parking, but now I like to use the drive thru and order ahead of time.
Kid-friendliness: I see kids in there all the time.

This location should probably shut down. All of the ingredients in my Salmon Bowl, except for the dried onions, nori and the sauce, were stale and tasting weird. I loved the Boulder, CO location and would go there every week for years, moved around here recently and was excited to try it after months but was extremely disappointed. As if the ingredients at these two locations are from different planets. I understand the household income difference is almost double but that shouldn’t affect the freshness or quality of the food. Which it seems it does. Left a bad taste in my mouth, won’t be back.

The food was awesome! Everything was fresh. They were kind of busy so service was a little slow. It was cold inside so we sat outside. Music was a little loud. Just a couple of tweaks and the experience would have been amazing. Everything was very clean and comfortable. No more expensive than fast food.
Extremely small portion sizes for a 17 dollar bowl. Barely filled me up - this company has to be run by private equity or something with the way the prices are going up and the portion sizes are decreasing.

I’ve never had sweet green until recently. It was delish! I got the hot honey bowl and wow! It was great. I ordered take out and was surprised at how fast my order was assembled and ready. I had such a good first experience that I went back again later in the same week! I cannot brag enough about my experience.

Thought I would try this place out because I saw that they do not use seed oils. I ordered a bowl with white rice, avocado. Parmesan cheese, and steak. I ordered through DoorDash. When I opened my order there was practically one bite of steak. 3 bites of rice. And a respectable amount of cheese/ avocado but like seriously guys. Stop being lazy just because you don’t wanna cook more and give bigger portions. Absolutely ridiculous I should get a refund and free meals for a month

This was my first time at this location. It's near my home so I met with an old friend to catch up over a no frills easy dinner. I decided to get the new steakhouse chopped salad. First of all the salad was SO small, very little greens and fixings. Then the steak...it was THREE (3) small cubes of steaks! I was shocked after I dug into the salad and only found 3 cubes of steaks. I don't know if it was the guy making my salad who did this or this is their policy to put so little ingredients. The young man looked like he was struggling a bit on what to put in the salads and kept having to look at the list, which is fine but the portions were so small. My friend got the crispy rice salad and same thing with her, very small portion with very little protein that shown in the pictures. We eat little to begin with and we were still hungry after we finished our salads that were supposed to be high protein. I think management needs to work on retraining their folks because it's NOT ok to spend $35 for 2 salads with such poor portions and still be left hungry when salads usually fill us up. Do better please! It felt like we were scammed.
