2 try to Sweetgreen and I don't know how feel about the 18$ that was on this plate in Doordash got this time crispy rice with salmon and it just didn't taste fresh and the salmon was a tiny piece, I feel really empty tbh not even that fresh feeling after, should order bibibop as regular jaja

Just to be great !! For an $18 dls salad the portions were generous , not the case anymore the Salmon keeps shrinking and shrinking, customers notice cutting corners so improve or dissappear!!

This sweetgreen is such a satisfying lunch spot.Our 12 noon wait was as long as it took to walk in. We were warmly greeted and asked if we had any questions. The Shroomami Bowl is TD4 ( to die for)I asked for a little extra red cabbage and the bowl builder (sounds cool huh) was happy to oblige.Love the easy to access location and safe parking lot.I’d much rather visit this fine group of folks than pick up, or goodness forbid, have it delivered.Go there and dine in!!!Eat it fresh immediately after the bowl is created. So much better that way.Highly recommended.Vegetarian options: Don’t waste your time asking, get in there and order a bowl.Dietary restrictions: Umm. Yes.Parking: SafeWheelchair accessibility: Come on in!

Great tasting food but way too long of a wait time. If you order online, prepare for at least a 30 minute wait time past the estimated time they give you. We went in around 12pm and the pick up counter had a bunch of salads that needed to be prepared ahead of ours. It was also really annoying that our order in the app did not say what our name was, so we could not track down where we were in the salad line when we asked the people preparing the food. The app itself also does not have an accurate estimated time which does not help. (I guess the name for the order comes from what your username is in the app, but the people preparing the salad did not bother to say that when we asked where our food was).If you’re coming in to pick up food, save yourself the hassle and just order when you get in the store. Way easier. Also the food is pricy so make sure you get a coupon from the app, which seems to be random when you get it.

I visited Sweet Greens for the first time during lunch yesterday. Despite the large line to order there was an unexpected excitement in the air about a new experience as the group on either side of me were also visiting for the first time. I ordered the Harvest Salad, mixed with "heavy dressing" and it was prepared in front of me in under 4 minutes. I brought it home to eat and to my delight it was delicious! Especially considering the lettuce is kale it was moist and flavorful and really exceeded my expectations. Frankly, I couldn't get it off my mind so while my family dined with a different local restaurant tonight I ordered the same salad via the app and picked it up for myself. Unfortunately it was not the same experience. The salad had a minimal amount of dressing. And I mean minimal. A drizzle only identifiable by what could be seen on the roasted sweet potatoes. Also the salad was not mixed as I had specified in the app. Seems basic but I really appreciated the careful attention the young lady "chef" with the long eyelashes and nose ring had prepared and mixed the salad for me the day before. Half way through today's salad I just couldn't eat it because it was dry and had to throw it in the garbage. During my first visit I noticed some delicious looking fresh bread but it wasn't offered as an option. While ordering in the app it allowed me to add a slice of bread. Unfortunately it wasn't included with my order. I'll be back to visit Sweet Green again soon because I know you can get it right. Today just wasn't that day for my order.

Well...I think the picture gives you an idea of my disappointment. On top of that I scheduled my order for a pick up time of 5:45 but my food was ice cold when I got it home. Meaning they made this at 4:45 when I ordered it. Presentation is HORRIBLE. Shared with a friend and they told me I got catfished...Really guys. My kid couldn't even get whole chips?!? Was this the bottom of the bag?!? Would you eat this???

Disappointed in this location. I normally go to Glenview or Deerfield location, but this time I was in Schaumburg, and I decided to try this location. I ordered it through the App for pickup via sweetlane (pick up only drive through). I got there a few minute after the time that app said it will be ready, But the drive-through lane was not moving.. it took over 10 minutes... then when I was about to eat it, I realized the portion is so much smaller than other locations. Top of that, I always order same salad, but this one did not taste the same. I expect the best tasting, most fulfilling salad from sweetgreen. I did not get that from this one. I just spend $16 for a mediocre salad :(

The service was incredibly poor. They ran out of some of the items, these things happen. It's how the employees communicate that to the customers that makes all the difference. I will hesitate to return to this location because of the poor; and honestly rude, customer service. It's too bad too because I have had great experiences at other Sweetgreens.
