4 employee standing around and none of them said hello or hi. Then I went to order through the Kiosk in lobby, After making payment something went wrong. So later I went up to employee and I ask her to check the if my payment went through. She says yes. Than been waiting for my order, three guest came in and got their order than I asked about my order than I asked employee what happen to my order, she is like you have to pay. I think this team need proper training, propercommunication and welcoming environment.

Make sure you dont use their bathrooms bc they’ll be standing there and you will hear them that they are there!!! Once you open the door they will give you a stare of death you will regret being born!!! Disgusting behavior! I know if the roles were reversed they’d call me a racist! I walked right out. I came here to get dinner last 9/18 I was wearing an elite outfitters shirt. Because my Work donates to the veterans. So I had my shirt on and some Middle Eastern kid that works there comes up to me talking crap about America how they support war and fund war and all this. I told him I really don’t care so this morning I called to talk to the manager. And she hung up on me. This is very unprofessional. And I think me and my friends are going to eat. Also, if you are an American war veteran, I highly suggest not supporting this business

I ordered the new steak cheesy street gorditas and they gave me chicken. I had gone through the drive thru and didn't realize their mistake until I was too far to go back. Very disappointing.

Used to only go for breakfast, but they put such a little amount of eggs on their breakfast burritos it's a joke. It's like they think eggs are the least important ingredient. I would bet they put more cheese than eggs in their burritos.

I will probably tell you don’t order any vegetarian food in this taco bell store as i order an Mexican pizza but they gave me beef inside the pizza which is totally irrelevant and also happen before with me so i would strongly suggest to not placed order in this store and they are also not looking what the customer want so high recommend to avoid this store.
