Perfect in every way. Sunday evening 4 PM, the restaurant was not crowded. We had a lovely table for 6. Angie are head waiter was phenomenal...very engaging, professional. Everything was cooked perfectly from the Seabass, fillet to the burger! Ha Thank you for making such a special occasion even more special.

Each time she came to our table, she came bearing gifts, based on the conversations we had; she wasn't even our server! I believe she was part of the management team, and if she isn't, she should be. Although the gestures were small, the impact was great; an additional reason we will continue to visit the establishment.

There was an initial wait. After that service was very good. All staff are well coordinated. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Good cuts. Every single dish was well presented. Staff were cordial and professional. Overall a very good experience.
I's always great at the Capitol Grill no matter what location.bFood and service are great. The Lobster Mac and Chease is a must! Shareable steaks and sides. Comfortable spacious sesting. You aren't on top of each other and the place is over the top loud!

We always enjoy The Capital Grille in Schaumburg. The ambience is elegant and cozy, with beautiful artwork, black-and-white Chicago photos, and rich burgundy tones that give the dining room a regal feel. The world clocks, light fixtures, and classic touches—like the lions and the eagle—add to the refined atmosphere.
One minor detail that stands out to me is the faux flower arrangement, which feels out of place, though that’s likely just my particular interior-design eye noticing. Please remove or replace it with real botanicals. Either action would be an improvement.
The food is consistently excellent, especially the steaks and the sea bass. The complimentary bread basket is great, and many steak cuts are large enough to share. The wine selection is excellent for pairing, and the hospitality is always top-notch.
We visit once or twice a month because it simply feels good to be there. It’s an outstanding steakhouse—on the pricier side, but worth it.
