Such a memorable night out with outstanding food cooked to perfection, smooth service, attentive and kind staff, and lovely atmosphere. Angie, our server, couldn’t have done any better. It was 10/10 from start to finish. So kind, so attentive with our two birthdays, and so warm and personable. She made sure we had everything we needed and represented the face of the restaurant in an excellent way, letting us know about events coming up. Angie, thank you so much! Ambience was great but food was subpar. I ordered NY strip steak medium rare and they got me rare which they fixed for me later. It wasn’t tasty and worth the price. Crab cake was good. We ordered Sea bass as well but it was disappointing. Overall, It wasn’t worth the price for us. We went to this place looking at the reviews. I guess we had a bad day? but for the price you expect consistency in food quality. I’ve loved wildfire and seasons 52 better than this.

Veronica was our server & she was great. She was very responsive to our needs and allowed us to have a good discussion. The food as well as the wine was fantastic. The booth was perfect to have an very good meeting and the noise level was very quiet.

We are regular visitors to this particular Capital Grille. In fact, this is the third year in a row that we came for my wife's birthday. The hostesses knew this and quickly acknowledged the event. But by the time we sat down, our server had no clue even though our table was sprinkled with confetti. On top of that, she asked if we ever dined here before. After rolling our eyes, we said of course and assumed this was just her rehearsed welcome. We quickly learned that she was very new and not up to the same service caliber that we have always enjoyed. It really made a difference to our overall experience. I felt I was eating at Olive Garden even though the room we were in was delightfully quiet. My wife ordered the wrong glass of wine (in years past, she received a complimentary prosecco). She felt embarresed admitting her error, but the server never noticed or inquired if we enjoyed our drinks. We both had medium rare filets but mine was definitely more cooked than hers. Overall, it was less than a homerun experience, and maybe we need to branch out to other steakhouses in the immediate area.

Food at this location is always amazing. It's my favorite of all their restaurants. Took my brother and his girlfriend out to dinner - they loved it. Luis P was our wait staff - he's so good and personable.
