Great food, huge menu!! Great service!

The only thing was the super super flimsy to-go containers, the plastic is so thin they squish when you pick them up and then they leak

Horrible i went for a family dinner and they brought our food after 40 minutes and when it came out it was incomplete and cold. We waited another 10 minutes for the rest of the food and everything became even more cold .I can't believe the long wait and how wrong everything came out. The server apologized and manager offered free food but after waiting so long and everything being wrong an apology was not enough for the time spent waiting. Like a year a go I found a hair in my food and decided to not make a big deal about it. This place just seems to gets worse every time i come here. Please think twice before coming here. Im probably not the only one that has had a horrible experience here in this location.

Different and sweet place and delicious food

My girlfriend’s family invited me to The Cheesecake Factory for her birthday. The dining room was busy but had a fun, celebratory vibe, and our server was friendly and attentive.

I got the Chicken Madeira, which was tender and savory though it could’ve used a touch more sauce because I just love it! She tried the Crusted Chicken Romano, and it was crispy with just the right amount of cheese and seasoning.

For dessert, they brought out a slice of classic cheesecake with a candle and a little “Happy Birthday” fanfare. It was creamy and sweet without being overly rich. Portions are big and prices felt fair for the amount of food.

Overall, it was a great spot for a birthday dinner—good food, good service, and a fun atmosphere.

Good food

Had a nice lunch here the Friday before Christmas. The place was crowded but not a long wait at 1pm. I had the seared tuna salad and thought that $27 for just this salad was pricey for the about of tuna that was in the salad. The salads are very good, but that one is a bit overpriced.

Actually the food was really good and our waitress was great but we bought two $50 gift card in the restaurant because they sent me an email about getting $15 reward if you buy a $50 gift card! We decided to pay some part of our bill off with that $100 but when we gave those cards to the waitress she came back to us said there is zero money in those! We explained everything and gave her the receipt, she went to the management and after long time came back, they accepted our $100 but we had a hard time to get that $30 reward back and we couldn't! At the end after wasting a lot of time they sent us home saying they will email us the reward! But we didn't receive it..

Would have been nice to see Christina decorated outside as well as inside.

The food and service was amazing. I had the grilled ribeye which was nicely seasoned, tender and juicy. The atmosphere for me was that it was cramped. Everyone was close together and you could almost hear their conversation. It was hard for me to hear the person I was with.

Picture this. A busy Black Friday evening. I call ahead, to ask about reservations and wait times. The squeaky voiced woman on the other end said “we’re not taking reservations” and hangs up before I could mutter another word.
We decide to play it by ear and go anyways. The same woman who answered the telephone was at the host stand. I ask her how long for a table of four. She said “A NAME!” I proceed to say that I didn’t have a reservation and she caught an aggressive attitude and said “UMM WELL I STILL NEED A NAME OKAY” at this point i‘m aggravated. My mother takes over the interaction and she proceeded to yell at the next few guests. We got our table and the food was not up to par. Overcooked steak, hard noodles, rubbery chicken. The best part of the evening was our server, she was highly attentive and kind.

Came here on a Saturday evening. Had to wait about twenty minutes to be seated which is fine. Appetizers were good. I ordered a pasta dish and it was brought out at a reasonable time. I started eating it and a few minutes later it was rudely snatched from right in front of me! My waitress said they had given me the wrong dish and here is the right one. Really? That's how you go about correcting your mistake? Just rudely snatch my plate while I'm trying to eat? I was taken aback. Was not expecting to be treated this way. I hadn't even noticed it was the wrong dish because the two were very similar. Such rude treatment ruined my meal. The meal itself tasted fine though. There was no apology or anything from the female waitress. Next time have better manners with your guests. I don't know why you think this is the way to treat your customers. This happened on Saturday, May 25, 2024. Probably won't be back to this location.

I always enjoy my visits to the cheesecake factory. The service is great. The food is excellent, and the mojitos are perfect. Great for lunch, a date or just a night out.
