The Cheesecake Factory

Been coming with my family for 10+ years but have recently been disappointed. I know it’s franchised and connected to Woodfield- however the food used to be quality and delicious. The last few times we’ve went the food tasted prepackaged and reheated from frozen. The service and ambience is still good but considering what they charge I don’t plan on coming back :-/

Today I ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp and was very disappointed. The pasta was thick and stuck together, there were only three shrimp on the plate, and the sauce had a strong bitter taste that completely ruined the dish. For the price, I expected much better quality! Definitely not worth the money! Would not recommend!

Never Again!!

I don’t know what’s worse—the menu that reads longer than a college textbook or the food that tastes like it was written by one. My pasta was swimming in a pool of oil so shiny I could practically see my reflection, and the “crispy” chicken somehow managed to be both soggy and dry at the same time. The cheesecake? Sure, it looked Instagram-worthy, but after one bite I felt like I’d consumed an entire bag of sugar straight from the factory itself.

Service was slower than dial-up internet, and when the check finally came, I realized I’d just paid gourmet prices for something that could pass as mall food court leftovers. If you enjoy disappointment with a side of regret, this place has you covered.

We hadn’t been to The Cheesecake Factory in a few years, and we were pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. While The Cheesecake Factory used to feel a bit pricey, their prices haven’t increased much and are now comparable to other restaurants. The portions were generous—we ended up taking half of our food home! Our server was attentive and very kind. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I came to the restaurant today Sunday at noon with my family and a friend and I was really disappointed with the service offered by the manager named Jeremy just for a misunderstanding about a booth. This person was rude and spoke to me in an unprofessional way. It is hard to understand how a person with that position treats and speak to clients that way in a good reputation and “high end” restaurant! The waitress and server apologized to me and I appreciated very much. I think it should be opposite! The manager should be the one with a better profesional and understanding attitude! If he doesn’t like his job or is not happy, he should resign. By the way the service of the lady (waitress) and server (George E) was amazing. Another fact for giving just one star was the cleanness of the bathroom! A fast food restaurant bathroom was cleaner than this one. and there was not any toilet paper in any of the stalls, just on the floor! Why don’t you change your attitude Mr Jeremy and make your restaurant at a better scale as it was before? For my part Cheesecake Factory lost a party of four and who knows of how many more!

Wonderful mall. Very big, lots of store options. Indoor and outdoor stores. Lots of restaurants in the area. Very accessible.

Great staff and familiar settings… always a good time at Cheesecake… albeit too full to have it with meal 😂

Avocado 🥑 egg roll - filing was great but the skin needs to be crisp
Korean crisp cauliflower was amazing 🤩
Cucumber salad 🥗 needs to peel the skin or use better cucumber 🥒😖

Thai chicken lettuce wrap is still stellar 🌟
Burger with fries is nothing too special
Impossible burger also lack luster

In all of my cheesecake experiences, which is a lot, I had the best server I have yet to have! Dean was amazing! I can go on and on but all in all an absolutely phenomenal person! Thank you Dean!

They were quite busy even outside of traditional meal times. The service was still excellent. Food was great with huge portions.
