This was the 2nd time of horrible service. Will not return. Should not have to wait 53 minutes to receive your food ...Kicker other people arrived after us, received their food, ate and was paying their bill before we received our food. Should have asked for a different server. Manager blamed the kitchen...I don't think so. We were watching comings and going of other people, who had a different server.

I am visting Schaumburg for a couple of weeks and I was here a weekend ago and had lunch at the patio outside with my dog. Overall everything was good that day.

Today I came back, got a table again at the patio, I was reading the menu that was handed to me and then I was told by the host to leave because the patio was only for service dogs.

The restaurant information (at least in google) states "Dogs allowed outside". There is no mention of specifically service dogs, I would suggest the restaurant to update that information.

My bad experience today was to be told to leave the place in front of everybody after I was at the table and reading the menu. It was the same person that put me there and then told me to leave.

If I get told my dog is not allowed at the restaurant entrance, then I would understand immediately and just leave, fair advice, it would still have not been what I expected but definitely not as bad as it actually was.

First visit to this establishment, came in around 8pm on a Saturday night, they were still serving food and drinks. Seated quickly and the service was good overall! Lots of good options on the menu and the drinks were really good. Would come back again.

We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We had a good time the service was good, but we ordered a full slab of baby back ribs, and they were terrible. They were probably three day's old reheated and coded whit BBQ sauce very hard and chewy. We did get reimbursed but that is not the point. The point don't serve old food.

Outstanding service by Amanda! The restaurant was clean & welcoming. I had a maple mustard chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun. Delicious! We had the pretzels & cheese for an appetizer. My son loved his burger. I definitely will be back.

had dinner here twice this week. the "what the ?" burger was great. last night i got the Big bang shrimp appetizer and fish & chips. i didnt like their tartar sauce, but the fish was good. i couldve made a meal out of the shrimp. top notch!

I took my family here for the first time, my niece just turned 21 & she wanted the bottomless mimosas and a 2 other people. After 1 mimosa each , they came and told us they ran out of champagne. They only do this on Sunday. The floors were sticky & I was told that the cleaning company doesn't dilute the cleaning solution enough. My husband & I came here a year ago & the atmosphere was way different. When I told the manager, he offered my niece a free shot or ice cream. Don't know if we'll ever come back or recommend this place.

Food was good but not hot. Service was bad. Place was empty for lunch on a Saturday at 1:00 pm and it still took 45 mins for a salad, chicken tenders and kids French toast. Probably won’t come back just for that reason. It’s a shame because it really is a beautiful restaurant inside. Our server disappeared. Poof!

Server forgot our drinks - appetizers came out and we had to remind the server for them. Food was sub par. Server then ran off when we were ready to pay as we were very much ready to leave. Wish we could get the money back & we will definitely never be coming back.

We had lunch here and my 10 year old son would like to share his experience:

The water I think came from a toilet and my Mac and cheese was BAD it was so dry and sticky. The kids French fries were pretty sure reheated ten times. How is this place still in business? By the way the food tastes 0/10. This place is so mid I’d rather eat Chuck E. Cheese. I think this place is called local … is because the food came from a local trash can by the bus stop. Best of Luck. :)

Went on Saturday afternoon. Overall experience was poor, I thought its expensive for the food you receive. Likely because it’s near hotels, not good for local residents. $140 for two adults and two kids. We got one appetizer, two kids meals, two sandwiches and 2 drinks (one full price and one drink special which taste like sugarless koolaid)

The bartender was the host and also the server, I want to give him his credit because as one person he did multiple jobs and did them as best as he could. He was overall nice. My complaint is about the food and the fact it was nasty and poor quality.
My food came out 40 minutes after my kids and the wait was not justified.
We went with two kids and two adults, neither kid ate their kids meal (7 and 2). Which consisted of dry pasta noodles and seasonless cubed chicken. The only thing they liked were the fries. Initially the kids pasta was brought out without meat, I had to ask for it even though it says it’s included on the menu.

The adults meals taste fine although poor quality chicken breast was used, the salmon was good.

Overall, we tried a new place and left disappointed
In the overall quality of the experience.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is underdeveloped and not good in taste.
