Staff was incredibly friendly, but service was incredibly slow. This is “spend your night here” kind of place. You’ll be here for over two hours. Course two came before course one did. Our fondue had so much dry white wine in it, it was all we could taste and unfortunately it made it inedible. The steak was pretty chewy and tough. Best part was the dessert but you can’t really mess that up, then again I also thought you couldn’t mess up melted cheese.

We've been here many times for special occasions. The food is always excellent. They have actual vegan options (not just non-vegan options, hold the meat and dairy), which is perfect for us. Staff has consistently been great. The space itself is pretty nice overall, but it's in a strip mall, so it's a bit disadvantaged there as a pricier dining venue. And there are details that could use attention, if you want to be picky (e.g. dusty rafters by the ceilings). Overall, we'd highly recommend going. We'll definitely be back.

Partner and I went with a friend couple, one of which was celebrating her birthday! I'd never had fondue before, and I knew she loved it, so this was a great choice. Our server Saif was absolutely wonderful, and if there were presentation awards, he should win them. He was affable and pleasant and attentive, and made excellent suggestions as well as being able to answer any questions we had. It was delightful to watch him prepare the fondues table side, that was a very fun experience. We were pleased with the variety of vegetables available, the meats, the dessert spread, the cheeses, and the broths. HIGHLY recommend that Mojo, that was so good!
The actual venue seems slightly dated, especially the ladies bathrooms, though perhaps it was the lighting, and due to the fact the sun was still up though we were going at dinner time.
Overall I really enjoyed the experience. It was super fun. I'd say I'd love to repeat it maybe once every couple years, but likely not every year. (Also, we enjoy a variety of restaurants so this is less of a reflection on The Melting Pot per se.) Would definitely recommend for a unique experience though, and definitely at least once.

We went here for my wife's birthday. The rose petals and candles were an added option that I chose during making the reservation. Only $10 which I found to be reasonable, and it added a romantic touch.
The food, and service were awesome! Would definitely recommend for a date night, special day, and or a romantic evening.

Danny was an amazing attentive server. He was on top of everything, it was so busy but it felt like we were his only table. He made our Valentines special and easy. Also, Krista at the bar felt effortless. She clearly knew what she was doing. The whole experience with Danny and Krista, with the chaos of vday, was effortless. Thank you Danny and Krista for making our night easy and romantic.
