Dined here to celebrate a milestone in our marriage. Food and atmosphere were perfect for the occasion. Excellent service and was a great experience.

We love the Melting Pot. Was very disappointed in the service we received on 8/23. It started out fine and those who were helping to clean up the table throughout were great. Our server after our 1st course became a bit unattentive and after the entree, basically disappeared and forgot about our dessert. We never really saw her again outside of her helping other tables. When I tracked someone down on dessert as we were sitting there for over 30 minutes and late to our next event after dinner, we did receive it quite a bit later and it was wrong. However, they brought us a second one shortly after to compensate without us even asking. It was disappointing to not see our server after dinner and hard to track down the manager. They did give us a free dessert and mentioned being short-staffed --- however, I worked in service and you need to have a better game plan then.

Our server Ashley was amazing, made us feel very welcome. The cocktails were delicious, the fondue was delicious. The price was a little high but nothing crazy. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back.

We went for my birthday and our friends 25th anniversary. Our server was Reva. She was amazing!! We would totally request her again. She went over the menu with us. Very attentive all night and answered any questions. Food was good, we left very full and very satisfied.

The experience was beyond what I expected!! The server was great, the FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, from the cheese fondue to the salad and main entree.... Just WOW!!! I've been to the melting pot in NC before and was disappointed because I left still hungry!! Here, I was full after two bites into my entree. My fiancé and I did the steak lovers entree and the amount of meat you receive is All that you need. Let's not talk about the delicious chocolate fondue 😫..... 👀👀👀👀 I NEEDDDDD MOOOREEEEE 🎇🎆 OMG, the candied pecans mixed in with the milk chocolate and caramel was sensational to the taste buds I never imagined I had 😳!! A very blissful journey of silk chocolate, pecans, and caramel on top of the mouth watering pound cake not only set off fireworks in my mouth, it took me to an adventure as if I was on an episode of “The Magic School Bus”! Must I say, I will be exploring this adventure again and I'll be sure to wear my cape!

Our waiter Saif was great! I'm vegan and he made sure to advise me of the options and made sure I had what I needed for my meal! The food is so good and such a fun experience!

Staff was incredibly friendly, but service was incredibly slow. This is “spend your night here” kind of place. You’ll be here for over two hours. Course two came before course one did. Our fondue had so much dry white wine in it, it was all we could taste and unfortunately it made it inedible. The steak was pretty chewy and tough. Best part was the dessert but you can’t really mess that up, then again I also thought you couldn’t mess up melted cheese.

We were celebrating my wife's birthday and from the moment we arrived despite having a reservation, we did not get a proper greeting. We also did not get the type of request we asked for despite this being available at that time. The waitress we had came late to greet us at our table and she was noticeably absent throughout the dinner service. At one point we have to address this to the manager since we were very disappointed with her. Our waitress lacked charm, attentiveness and accountability. Even the way she stirred and mixed the fondue was so aggressive that it splashed on to my shirt and my wife's blouse. When we call out her attitude and Though the manager tried to resolve the issues, we could never get back to a celebratory feeling.
