This was a wonderful experience celebrating my adult son's birthday. It was quite the food adventure. The restaurant accommodated our celiac needs and my young grandsons were entertained for three hours. I would highly recommend The Melting Pot for a celebration food experience.

The restaurant was out of BREAD! Insane! How does that happen? They gave us tortilla chips instead? We had dirty cutlery. We had to grab new ones from nearby tables. Our waiter seemed drunk or stoned. He had a hard time speaking and seemed really out of it. Extremely disappointing especially for the price.

We went to The Melting Pot in Schaumburg for a date night and had such a wonderful experience. Our server, Cailen, truly went above and beyond and made the entire evening special. From start to finish, Cailen was attentive, knowledgeable, and so friendly, explaining everything perfectly without ever rushing us.
The service really elevated our dinner and made it a night we’ll remember. Exceptional food paired with outstanding service—this is exactly why we will keep coming back. Thank you, Cailen, for making our date night so enjoyable!

Besides our waitress, which was very nice, everything else was just… bad. We were greeted by a gentleman, whose first words were “do you have a reservation” which followed by what felt as 10 min wait at the host stand with absolutely no communication. He kept asking people who are coming if they have a reservation and.. that’s it. No further explanation. I was appalled that I can sit there stare him in the eyes and have no clue am I sitting today at a table or no. One of the groups walked out. Alright fine, maybe it’s not his thing. The old fashion as good it looked in the picture, was a lazy attempt of a whiskey pour with bitters not even stirred. Food and experience was okay, but that host boy with the nasty crocs from the kitchen almost ruined it for us. First impression matters.

It does not get any more romantic than this. Fondue cooking is slow which helps make it longer and more enjoyable. Absolutely fantastic for romantic special occasions. Food and service impeccable.

Gone to every Melting Pot in the suburbs. This was the first time here. Loved our server- Riva, she was energetic and friendly and on point. No matter what we asked for she got it. The pace was perfect except for dessert. We waited a long time for the final course. This location is nicely decorated and the brightest out of the four other spots we've visited. Will be back if in the area.

This place needs a thorough cleaning and is very slow. The staff is excellent and tries hard, but it’s disappointing when they don't have what you want after a 40-minute wait, even if you reserved a table. It was once a great place.
 The service was good. The food was good. The only reason why I am giving it a three is because although the drinks were delicious I had 3.5 (shared one) martinis and didn't even get a buzz and I' m not a big drinker, but it was a special occasion and for that price I should've felt something...I also feel like they used to give you way better dippers for the dessert portion.

Menu is so memorable and still yummy. Take your multi generational tribe and enjoy fun w super nice server(s).

I received an email about a special promotion for a really great price and went that night b/c of it. When I got there I asked about the special and asked if I could substitute the shrimp b/c of an allergy. I was told no, my only option was to forego the shrimp and pay the same amount but not get that portion of the meal. I went back and looked at the email and it said nothing about no substitutions. I wrote an email to the restaurant and no one bothered to reply. I think it's awesome they have specials but it would be great if they were better about accommodating allergies. This used to be my favorite restaurant. I refuse to go here again, but will go to other franchise owners if I'm in another town. I still love melting pot just not this one.
