Holy smokes! Got my first taste at the Thursday night Hainesville Food Truck night today. I had the Michaelangelo, wifey had the Papas Pesto, we also tried a side of curds. I'm not just blowing smoke here, it was phenomenal. These guys are on to something, and I'm a follower for life! It was SO good. SO, SO good. Thank you, guys!

😋 Had the pleasure of hosting Toasty Cheese and FTF Mobile Food Trucks for an employee appreciation event at our company, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! From the start, Andrew was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all my questions thoroughly and promptly. His professionalism set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic event. The staff on-site were outstanding—attentive and personable, they made it a point to engage with our employees, calling them by name and ensuring everyone felt valued. This personal touch really enhanced the overall experience! As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed mouthwatering grilled cheeses from Toasty Cheese and flavorful tacos from BBQ Bad Boy. Everything was fresh and prepared to perfection. The turnaround time was impressive, with each employee receiving their food in just about five minutes. Overall, I highly recommend Toasty Cheese and FTF Mobile Food Trucks for any event. They made our employee appreciation day truly special, and we look forward to working with them again in the future!

Toasty Cheese Mobil Eatery was at the crystal lake farmers market and had by far the best cheese curds my husband and I have ever had. The cheese curds were light battered breading, perfect amount of grease, mild cheese flavor. Real Wisconsin cheese. An honorable mention for their loaded fries. Crinkle cut fries with mild cheese sauce and real bacon! Thank you for coming to Crystal Lake 🤍

Hands down the best cheese curds I've ever had!!! Also tried the Southwest grilled cheese and it was delicious. Can't wait to eat this again!
