Best grilled cheese Ever! Elevated comfort food served by a clever and witty owner. Will become a regular customer if he ever parks his truck and opens a brick and mortar restaurant.
Used to live 10 minutes away from the store they used to have. Honestly, one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I've ever had. Sad I live in Madison now and haven't had one in years =(

Waited at Lake County fairgrounds over an hour to be one of the last 10 people denied food at the end of the night. They just stopped taking orders and didn't tell the customers. All the other trucks stayed and finished their entire lines. Don't bother waiting in line for this truck. Support the trucks that actually care.

Truck was at Greenwood Elementary in Woodstock. Parent/Teacher conferences so was a perfect opportunity for hard working teachers and staff (and parents!) to grab something on a busy night. I had the Michaelangelo (Italian beef panini) along with the cheese curds. Not the heathiest meal but I'll die happy. Wife had the Great Dane (grilled cheese w/ applewood bacon) and was a hit there as well.If you see the truck, do yourself a favor and stop.
