First off I would like to say that I did enjoy this place for delicious coffee and great service. Today I ordered 3 Hazelnut lattes and unfortunately they turned out to be awful. Extremely hot, smelled and tasted like burned coffee. Completely different taste from what I got a few days ago. Also, they poured it fully up to the rim, I was walking with and it spilled over and burned my arm. Then after that it spilled inside my car. Please take attention to this review and improve.

Service was quite miserable. No smiles or pleasantries. Definite room for improvement.
Atmosphere is nice with some nice looking products. The spinach pastry I felt was lacking filling, was not impressed.
The coffee Americano tasted like cheap hotel coffee. Overall disappointed, mostly with the service, which is easy to fix if they want to, although I suppose they don’t want to hence why it is that way it is.

Ordered a cheesecake from here for my husband for his birthday as cheesecake is his favorite dessert. Cheesecake came nicely packaged and included candles and a cutting knife which was nice. The cheesecake was good but i don’t know if i was not supposed to refrigerate because it kinda of crumbled as we cut into it. I felt like it was a bit overpriced for how small it was but would probably get it again. The place was cute inside, first time here and want to visit again with my daughters. All the pastries looked delicious and their macaroons were really good. The staff was a little unorganized but the place was busy the whole time we were there so just be prepared to possibly wait in line for a bit depending the time you go. Overall I would recommend and will be giving it another try.

Hands down the best bakery I've ever been to in the states. Food was unbelievably good, specifically some blueberry croissant that I can't remember the name of but was unbelievable.
Their eggs were also spectacular on their breakfast sandwiches

The baked goods and pastries are delicious. Cakes are yummy and not heavy at all. The service could use some work though, its not as quick as it should be for a place this busy but they're nice
I love stuff from this bakery story ! Always goes to Vernon hills , but today was close to Schaumburg location right before work ! The lady who was taking my order she was abosoluyely inattentive!! I ordered Lavender latte and Matcha green tea cloud (it’s cake )- to go !!! At first I had to correct the price because she mistakenly charged me more, then when I arrived at work, I discovered that she gave me something completely different from what I wanted! A completely different cake! I t made me feel so upset and disappointed

Unfortunately that's bad experience. More than 15 minutes for simple order. I ordered Flat White coffee, and end of the day I got the wrong drink.
Coffee is not the best, just fine.
Don't expect adequate service. My experience is to spend more than 15 minutes for just one drink and end up with a completely different one
