Food is amazing as always. I tried the chocolate cookie for once and it was pretty decent. One thing that stood out were the workers. This tropical by far, had the best employees. They are so kind from greeting you when walking in, to ordering, to saying, “have a good day” when leaving. 🙌
Absolutely the best Tropical Smoothie to go to. The people working there always have a smile on their faces and have the best service. The smoothies also seem to taste so much better from this location than any other. And the manager Gina is the so nice and kind!
I ordered a smoothie and breakfast wrap. The wrap was fine but the smoothie was barely blended. It had large pieces of ice and fruit that clogged the straw. Also, I was literally the only person in the store but I was not greeted, thanked, or acknowledged at all.
