The chicken and sides were very tasty with the mild sauce. It was just a little too charred, but still tasty.

Cleanliness could be improved. Service could be a little better. Since it's a fast casual, it can use a large menu for customers to view all the options easily.

Food was amazing as always, but franchise's rules are non sense can't cut a burger in halves; no cooperation because of the "franchise rules" hopefully the franchise looks into the matter so that a person/customer could enjoy his/her/their meal!

As we were eating our meal, a so very foul odor caught our nose, which made us want to vomit. My family ate as quickly as we could & left.

Food was really bad, i ordered a chicken sandwich it was so dry. Who put shredded lettuce in a grilled chicken sandwich plus bread was so chewy. When i told manager food is so bad he didnt even pay attention.

Food was great and service was even better. They had someone with a machine that needed to do work inside the restaurant and it was going to be loud. They asked our family so politely if it was ok, and even gave us complimentary desserts afterwards. They kept asking throughout the work if it was still ok. Everyone was just really nice

Why did you guys change the bowl sizes? The quantity was already down and you guys took more quantity away. As a regular customer I’m very disappointed. The price every few months rocketing and funny and sad the quantity going down. Not a good way to treat your customers. Also, the fountain drink…. Is it gas or taste is tasteless as it’s never good since beginning . Can you guys make it better and leave less gas in the fountain drink .

Tried this place for the first time. Being a Vegetarian, their menu is awesome. Chipotle bean patty, falafel and paneer options are the winners compared to other places.
