What used to be Port of Peri Peri has now become Vasco’s Peri Peri, and I have to say—this change has been for the better. I’ve dined here before, but today I decided to do takeout. I called ahead and placed an order for two Chicken and Rice Bowls (one Lemon & Herb and the other Medium spice level). By the time I arrived—about 15 minutes later—my order was ready and waiting.

Stopped by to try and will be coming back. Very tasty, very fresh, and the friendly owners insisted we try their sauces and take our time ordering to ensure we enjoyed the meal. Great peri style chicken, try the casava fries, and definitely taste all the homemade sauces.

My hubby and I talked to the Franchise owner. A very lively, excited business owner sharing a tv show the restaurant appeared on recently. He also explained the food concept. I have never eaten peri peri food. He also shared their charitable contributions they donate to. It was fun to talk with him! We also got to try a few of the hot sauces.
