Village Tavern & Grill Reviews
Absolutely one of my favorite places I. The suburbs. Their food is next level and great atmosphere.
First time here!! Great ribs, fries and corn!! The two bloody Mary’s were good and Im feeling good. Our sever Jesus was awesome!!
It’s been our favorite place for a years, and it’s hard to see this place going down. We went there for lunch for my husband birthday and wanted to watch a football game and got sits in front of not working tv . Which is kind of weird because the restaurant has tons of tv and many available tables. I ordered a glass of wine and it’s came in a regular glass, not a wine glass. Village Tavern & Grill is a local favorite known for its delicious burgers and appetizers. The Amstel burger, with onion strings and jalapeño aioli, remains a popular choice among guests. The famous chicken tenders are considered the best around and are praised for their excellent taste, with generous portions that are often enough for leftovers. The menu includes a shareable pile of nachos, piled high with toppings. Although service can be hit or miss, the food is consistently good, and the staff often provides attentive service. Generous portions are the norm, with options like chicken fingers and tater tots. Some dishes, like tater tots, may occasionally be under a heat lamp, but the restaurant is willing to make it right with a replacement dish. Customers also enjoy other menu items, such as the Cuban sammy, which could be even better with authentic Cuban bread. While the overall food quality remains solid, the atmosphere can be quite loud, especially during busy lunch hours, making it hard to have a conversation. Village Tavern & Grill is still a great spot for comfort food and casual dining, keeping guests coming back for more.
