I've been going here for about 3 years now and the service just keeps getting worse. I get sat down and then forgotten about. Then when the server shows up, asks if I'm ready to order a drink, I say yes and food as well. Server says, hold on one second, and then goes to talk to another table for about 10 minutes. I come here for lunch and leave to go back to work with an empty stomach. What a lovely experience! Makes the rest of the day so much better.. not. I'm not expecting fast food, but don't expect to come here and be taken care of quickly at all.

We have been here on and off over the past 5 years. I never left a review before because nothing was good enough or bad enough to justify it. After the last three visits I decided to let everyone know. It is very hit or miss. Today, twice as much thick awful batter than actual fish. And WARM white bottle of wine! Two visits back about a month ago refrigerated red wine! Portion sizes of food seem to change. I'm not normal a soup guy especially in the summer, but the soup was really good each time. The place is usually loud from music, TV, drunks at the bar and people trying to talk over all of that! Inside is ALL brick and wood nothing to absorb all the racket. So, good luck and decide for yourself.
Rarely go here because the food is just ok & somewhat overpriced. This time, I wanted fish fry, so I went. Asked for a booth, but turns out they have none - no big deal. I asked for a seat “out of the way” since I planned to read. Was given a table in the busiest part of the restaurant, surrounded by the largest, most packed tables. I wouldn’t have thought much of it except that we passed empty tables off to the side to get to literally the middle of the most crowded area. I sat down and the table was dirty - crumbs and smears. I moved to the table next to it. When the server came by, I apologized for moving (even though it was the very next table, four feet away) & quietly explained that the table was dirty. She copped a very visible attitude & brusquely took the extra silverware from my table & placed it all at the dirty table I had left. I didn’t say anything, just figured she was coming back to wipe it down. She didn’t. She moved the silverware into place for people to be seated there, crumbs, smears and all. How gross. I just left. The attitude, the lack of attention to what I had originally asked for, and I have to doubt the cleanliness of the restaurant…no thanks

8/21/25. Update Bottle of Pinot Gricio was served room temperature. I would think the bartender at the start of their shift would check inventory. Server should have asked if we wanted something else because the wine wasn't chilled. Fajitas were so so. I've definitely had better. Still loud. It was busy but not packed. Music playing, TV's and people talking over all the noise. Definitely becoming a less favorable of a choice to visit.
Food is good. Music is very loud. Cannot carry on a conversation due to the blasting music. Music is too loud which causes people to speak really loud to their table mates. TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!!
