I usually eat breakfast. Today I decided to try their cream of mushroom soup: excellent soup! I ordered carry out. They only have 1 size container and that’s not a problem. But it was an only half full. I have a very limited time for lunch and wasn’t going back to complain so I called the restaurant. They told me that they do not fill up the container because it’s a carry out and it could spill.. ok.. but HALF FULL???!!! The young lady asked if I wanted to speak to a manager but I declined because I didn’t want to hear the same excuse. Never again.. so disappointed.

Food use to be VERY good. Not anymore. In fact the last 3 visit's there I lost my appetite and couldn’t even eat it. I think they are using cheap ingredients. Ate there for years. I will not be going back. Walker Bros you have fallen off TREMENDOUSLY!! I use to give this restaurant high praise no more and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I regret having to write this review. One breakfast was 2 fried eggs (very small) with a Smash burger size portion of corned beef, 2 slices of white toast, and coffee. Second breakfast scramble eggs, hash browns, 2 sausage links, pancakes "optional" (qty 3), and coffee. The pancakes used be be the size of the desert plate, now they are the size of a hamburger and where have you ever gotten 2 sausages? So the portions are noticeably smaller and the prices are up even more. It cost us $48.98, with tip $58.98! It's simply not worth the price. Sorry Walker Bros. we feel terrible about this, honestly.

Spinach and cheese Omelet was great. Bacon was so so (hard to go wrong with bacon but I've had better), buddy had 49rs that he said were delicious, but his sausage patty was sub par. I tried the sausage and it was not great, but also not horrible. Overall pleased with food and environment. Server was great.

I ordered their famous Apple pancake wanted to put my order in early to get it started, was total they had many premade no wait, I asked if it would be soggy was reassured it definitely would not be. Well it was ridiculously hot ( like microwave hot) and unbelievably soggy I didn’t even eat it and the server questions it being soggy and suggests next time a request it be made fresh. It was a very disappointing experience.

A great place to have breakfast with your family! Opens early, all the food is great and the atmosphere is bright and cheerful! There is a variety of menus to satisfy the tastes of everyone who visits.

Just had their chicken Dijon sandwich. What a disappointment which comes with actual potato chips. Imagine serving potato chips in 14$ meal… Everything else was okay but I didn’t go there for cozy atmosphere…

Great food & service, nice location too. A bit pricier than other breakfast places. Clean & pleasant atmosphere.

The food was consistent with other original house of pancake locations. Our server was sweet but the price is high. We spent 75 dollars for breakfast for 3. A bit high for the type of restaurant in my opinion.

Walker Brothers stands alone as a wonderful high quality small family owned breakfast eatery chain. Fresh squeezed orange juice, AAA eggs many ways, thick sliced bacon and fancy homemade specialties all taste great. Living in Vermont spoiled me for real maple syrup, which the don't carry. The server dropped off the check conviently for the 3 nearest tables and me.

I felt kind of let down with this place. I was very excited to try it. I love breakfast and I have a large appetite. I tend to get skillets when ever I go have breakfast and they don’t have that on their menu. The food was decent. Menu is simple like. Prices were pretty high for the amount of food provided. It is a cool place and a nice staff but it just didn’t meet my expectations.
