Gabriel in the drive through was honestly genuinely nice, and you could tell he. Enjoys helping people if I could give him 10 stars. I would never met such a friendly guide through the drive through. Most those people hate their life, not this guy. Find a way to retain him as an employee. And you should value him very highly

Quite possibly the LEAST positive Wendy's ever on a consistent basis, 4 years running. If you don't order the most basic thing on the menu, there WILL be an error. Chicken sandwiches are misplaced with burgers. Sour cream is neglected entirely. Communication is non-existent. 18° by this location they still want me to come BACK in to get the order corrected.

Breakfast sausage burrito is excellent. And coffee is hot and fresh. However, the handicap parking is ridiculous, far 50-70 feet from the main door down away in the south end of the parking lot, and passed the trash area, nuts!!

I ordered a number 1single , everything, no onion but extra pickle. $15 and thought you get fries with your burger NO! The burger like someone stepped on it and flattened it. Nothing th picture and NO FRIES. SO I paid for a crappy hamburger, medium frosty, an bottle water. For $15 . And rude through the speaker

There was 1 employee for the front end taking orders. Can't remember her name, but it was lanecia or something close to that. When they say to give her a raise, she worked her a** off and then complain one time and still was professional and smart a** the whole time, made sure we were happy with our order! Kudos to you lady at the Wendy's on Golf and Walnut!!

I am one who doesn't usually go into Wendy's and sit down but, tonight I did!! when I walked in there were absolutely no customers in the building.there was an employee who turned around looked at me did not speak.. did not alert anyone else that I was at the front counter... then here comes Kyle!!!! after about a minute of waiting he was picking up something to do something... he then saw and acknowledged me and totally had the best customer service ever!!! he was very professional he went over and Beyond to make sure that my order was right. I was satisfied and even as I sat down to eat he came by to ask if I needed anything. I could definitely see Kyle being a manager in the future!!!the actual manager that was there did not even speak to me... I wanted Kyle to be recognized for his EXCELLENT customer service. on a scale from 1 to 10 he is a 20. I will visit this location again ONLY because of Kyle!!!!
