The customer service was great with the long line. The pretzels, however, were over salty and over cooked. Even the cinnamon pretzels were salty....
Pretzels are so stale and bad customer service. Don’t even bother to buy anything just go to auntie Anne’s.

There are a lot of quick bite businesses in Woodfield Mall of Schaumburg, and Wetzel's Pretzels is one of them. The order is placed at the counter, and in the mid afternoon, it took a few minutes to stand in line to the counter. My plan was to purchase two Original Pretzels (plain, no butter) and a Regular Lemonade as a take out order. I was told by the staff, that it would take about 20 minutes to wait for the unbuttered pretzels to be cooked, so I decided to buy the buttered ones: those were ready. The seating area was available, but mainly at a long bar-like stand, facing the shops. Two Original Buttered Pretzels were packed in two paper bags, and the inner one was saturated with butter. As expected, frankly. So, I had to pack them in another plastic bag. Pretzels tasted good, their price was higher, compared to Wetzel's Pretzels in some other places. The total for the order came to $17.11 (with the state and city taxes of $1.53 and $0.31, respectively). Service was polite and friendly, working hard: the shop was extremely busy, since the mall was packed with shoppers in the afternoon. So, if one plans to visit Wetzel's Pretzels in Woodfield Mall, it would probably be better in the late morning -- early afternoon hours.
I'd leave zero stars if I could. The scoundrels working this pretzel stand refuse to make more pretzels once they sell out of what they made that morning. Some of the most abysmal customer service I've ever received. The pretzels are delectable when they're actually available. But don't hold your breath on them actually being available if you go within six hours of closing. The lad working the stand did have a nice moustache though.
yummmmm
The pretzels are stale not fresh they leave them until they sell so you might get a pretzel that's been there for hours . Customer service needs to be addressed as they attend you with this attitude like they are frustrated and don't want to be there. I spent around $18 for cinnamon pretzel bits and a watered down lemonade. I was disappointed in spending my hard earned money and still have the crave for a fresh cinnamon pretzel bits.... lol

Worst pretzel ever. It was cold and hard. I asked for a fresh hot pretzel to be made and was told no. They just gave me another old pretzel that had been sitting for about an hour. Employees were very rude. Horrible service. Not a good way to get repeat customers. Won't get my business again.
It had hair in my PRETZEL
Delicious, soft, and huge. Just the way I like them.
Frozen Horchata was all ice, $6.00 for frozen water ridiculous.
Fast and friendly service!
