DELICIOUS! We were staying at the Renaissance hotel for the Pinball Expo. We came for breakfast and lunch. Everything was very delicious and portions were good for the price. If I lived in Schaumburg, I would be eating there every week. Wait staff was attentive always checking in on us.

This place is a perfect example of how to run a restaurant and deserves every bit of praise it gets. Even though it's full to capacity (and seems to be all the time) it's so well organized that it's super easy to get a table, with a helpful and welcoming team out front to manage the crowds.

The food and drink options are varied and absolutely delicious, with generous portions and beautifully presented. I was amazed how quickly my order arrived given how busy the place was, and how tasty and unique it was too.

Staff could not be more helpful, friendly and attentive from start to finish, including each and every person I interacted with. I honestly do not think I have been to a place so busy that runs so smoothly.

It is also so impressive to run a busy restaurant like this without it ever feeling crowded and overwhelming. As somebody who hates crowds and loud environments it was totally comfortable to eat here in peace and comfort.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, and I can't wait to go back.

Great breakfast options to choose from. I had the mexicano omelet, was really good. Fresh fruit was actually fresh and Sweet. Tried a pancake was really good. The jelly was totally the best. Served fresh in a little bowl. The server was attentive.

Food was good other than cold toast. At least the butter was whipped so spreadable, but it came out cold and they had to go back for butter so there was no hope for it melting. One of us got coffee really quickly but the other one had to wait until after food was delivered for their latte

If I can give this place zero star, I would . I don’t know what’s the hype about this place but we waited two hours to be seated, which is understandable since we didn’t have a reservation. But what’s upsetting is waiting all this time just to eat dirty greasy food with no taste at all. I’m not even joking. I tried so hard to like it since it was my birthday brunch, but God it was unpleasant. I ordered a bacon, avocado toast. The toast was soggy. The avocado tasted sour like it’s going bad and the side of fruits that I had had a little bit of hair and dust . so I asked the waiter to get me another one plz .the one that he gave me was soaked with water in that water looked same thing dusty dirty. don’t even think about ordering crêpes no taste .the coffee was good but other than that, please don’t waste your money.

This place gets crazy busy so plan ahead. The staff here is very efficient in getting people seated. I was surprised how big this restaurant is, I’d say there’s easily over 100 diners at any given time.

This establishment is a well oiled machine.

This is a really cute café, im glad I ordered online for pick up, because it was packed at 10:30 am and the wait was probably 1h. The food was pretty good. I ordered chicken and waffle ($20) and sweet potato fries ($5). The waffle was amazing, probably the best waffle I have ever had, It was big with bacon pieces inside and so fluffy. The chicken was disappointing, not bad, but nothing special. I was expecting it to be crispy. The sweet potato fries were a little under done, but the size was very generous.
