Employee are very rude service suck will never go back
Food was good till I found a chunk of chicken raw... like still red blood in it and still cold. Had to talk to 3 people before anything was offered to be done about it and had to fight the guy to give me my money back. I did eat about 1/2 of it before I found the raw part and it was good but the cold raw chicken ruined my appetite. He
finally caved when I asked what he was going to do if I got sick. It was clearly raw and he acknowledged it but still gave me a hard time. Take your money elsewhere.... should have checked the reviews prior to ordering and would have seen the 2 star review.
2 plates 2 drinks 32$?????
Not worth it bad customer service and rude.
I got the chicken and it's all you can. Taste is the oil that they cooked it in. It's fried rice specialty. Fried rice isn't too bad but I will not be coming back
Orange chicken was great but it was so dry it was uneatable.
If I could give a zero star review I would. The food wasn’t that bad but the service was terrible. I was in line for about 5 minutes and finally someone came out of the kitchen to take orders and asked the person BEHIND me to take their order. I said, excuse me but I was here first.
I have eaten at many Chinese food places. This and another one are my 2 favorites so far. I used to eat at Panda express but since I ate at this take out place near me (not wok-a-holic), the bear is gone.
The only thing is the prices are a little much for me.
The last time I was there, I had their awesome fried rice, chicken, noodles, an egg roll and spring roll and it was roughly $14.
While the other place, not name dropping, i could get chicken, comes with rice, egg roll, fortune cookie and a soda. Enough for 2 or 3 days for $10.
But I guess the mall has to make profit somewhere. No free stuff for us.
One time I went there, waiting in line, the counter was sticky. Probably with sweet and sour sauce. Regarding cleanliness, that is my only negative comment.
Prices suck but its the mall.
I have no clue why this place has such a low rating I work at a fragrance store in woodfield mall and I eat here every single day. The proportions are big as you can see and the price for the meal is on par with the rest of the mall at a little under 20 bucks if you are an mall employee a little over 20 if you are a general customer . The staff is super nice and wonderful . I highly recommend this place.

The 1 worker there was rude. The chow mein was down to the last portion. A lot of the orange chicken was over fried. Not much chicken to many of the pieces. Very overpriced for the quality. 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 chow mein, 1 portion of orange chicken, 1 portion of shrimp, and a medium coke loaded with ice was $18.46. Won’t be going there again.

11/2024 2* We will not be back. Food was crummy. Not much actual flavor. Dry. They charge WAY TOO MUCH for what you get.

Food is tasty particularly their bourbon chicken. However I must say their prices are quite high and portion sizes have decreased. Two double meat combos with fountain drink costs $35. Egg rolls cost $4. Way too expensive. I will still eat here, but maybe not as often due to their high prices.

Just like the rest of these restaurants in the food court, absolutely horrible. The price was obviously high for what they offer ($3.40 egg rolls) and the food quality is just terrible. They have maybe 3 or 4 options, not great at all.

Literally gave me food poisoning. This was my lesson to always check the reviews before ordering somewhere. If you insist on eating here, do not get the teriyaki chicken or crab Rangoons. One of those two had my puking my guts up the entire next day

I went there because I was super excited to see that they offered bourbon chicken, I asked the server if I could get a sample of it and she rudely yelled NO— which I was shocked about because most Chinese places (in the mall) allow you to sample the meat before Purchasing an entrée but nevertheless, I still wanted to eat here so I asked her about another meat that I seen and without even looking at what I was pointing at she said that it was chicken, I then asked what kind of chicken and she’s raised her voice saying SPICY CHICKEN, DON’T YOU SEE THE PEPPERS?! I was completely taken aback by her response but nevertheless, I told her that I would take the bourbon chicken bowl— when we got to the register I asked her what her name was and she said “it doesn’t matter” and proceeded to tell me my total and kept saying “do you want it, do you want it OR NOT??”. It was then that I told her she can keep the food and I walked away to spend my money elsewhere. I cannot believe the service that I received at this establishment by this woman and unfortunately I can’t even report her because she refused to give me her name.
