I’m a flight attendant and we had the best experience today with one of the caterers. It was for flight AA2397. His name was Gary Madourie. He was wonderful. We had a long flight ahead of us and didn’t get catered with the food for sale. We had already begun boarding and our communication from our work phones was not working. Gary made the phone call for us to get the inflight food we needed for the passengers. He went out of his way to help us and we ended up getting catered just in time. Gary, thank you. We see so many caterers each day, and you definitely stand out as amazing. Thank you!!

I worked in that place a long time ago. As always, African-American drivers did not do half the work of Hispanics because they were supported by supervisors of the same race. I think there are many things to improve in that Company.

The staff are rude and terrible. It's unsanitary.they don't clean . The HR . They are the worst people . There mean and rude to you for know reason . I'll never go back . They do not clean there . But they make food for a lot of flights . I just when I get on the plane . I want be getting any food .
