Service was fine but lettuce was brown so I didn’t even take a bite then looked at the other ingredients which didn’t appear fresh either. I wanted to go back for a refund but was in a rush. Very disappointed.

Just left only customer in the store two employees working. Ordered 2 basic sandwiches when I got home the order was wrong. I completely understand if it’s busy to make errors but not when no other customers or orders are coming in. Won’t be back at this location

The service was awful... The person I placed the order with said 15-20 minutes, the driver took 45 minutes and didn't follow instructions to deliver my food and was rude and unprofessional , the sandwich was made sloppy it was unpleasant to eat it was a mess. The experience was a wàste of time and money I will never order from them again
Ordered their new Mediterranean wrap. Worst sandwich I have ever had. The chicken was dry and barely edible. The wrap itself felt as though they scrounged it from the expired last month pile. I will be switching back to their normal sandwiches next time. I can’t believe the wrap made it through marketing with anyone thinking they should add it to the menu.

Absolutely appalled at the customer service. Placed an online order, never arrived. Called for help, and the "customer service" person told me that I placed a catering order (which I have no idea how to do) through the app? I can't believe this location is still in business with the way they treat customers. AVOID AT ALL
