My boy and I decided to stay local today for lunch and try Jerods out. He ordered the cheeseburger and I ordered the Frisco burger. We got fries and and had to try the fried pickles. He gave his burger 4 out 5 for flavor, but said the fries were a little dry. The fried pickles he said were really good, and recommends them over the fries. The frisco burger was good. The owner of Crooked Roof in Lanark was nothing but rude and no hospitality for a casual Sunday late afternoon. Too bad since we had a group of 7 ready to have drinks and dinner so we just had one and moved on for a more welcoming environment. Poor management can bust a small town place! J'Rods in Shannon was wonderful and worth the small drive! Best service in that area and the owner does nothing but accommodate customers! We had great food & service!!!
