“I have noticed this restaurant fluctuates between good, and just ok, depending on staff. Currently, the staff is pretty solid, The food is generally consistently good as well. My only down star is that the tables are generally not cleaned and I have to clean them myself.“

“The last time I went to Zapata's was nearly 20 years ago back when they were located in Swansea. That last visit was unpleasant (food issues that are irrevelant now) so I vowed to never return.

I finally got brave and tried again a few weeks ago when my guests and I were looking to get a quick bite. What a treat! The service was great, the Margarita so delicious and very tasty shrimp tacos. The chips were fresh and hot, the salsa very good, and queso so delicious that I want to go back just for that. I won't wait years to go back again.“
