I set up an order for a specific time. My husband went to pick up the order after work and it turned out that I accidentally set the date for tomorrow. They not only fixed the issue, but expedited it.
Thank you for being so wonderful and fixing my mistake! My husband works long shifts at a difficult job (I know you guys do too) and he is exhausted. I’m very grateful for your kindness.
2 hours for an order. We live 5 minutes away from the store. I understand I could have drove and got the pizza on my own. However, I have two young kids that were sleeping waiting on their food. It’s ridiculous, and all the manager can say is oops. It’s pretty pathetic and their name was Steven.
I walked in to placed an order for a medium cheese pizza with cheesy bread to bring home to my family. They took my order and said 10 to 15 minutes. so I went back to my car and waited for about 20 minutes before walking back in to pick up my order. As I approach the counter they asked me for my name I gave it and they tell me it's still in the oven it will be right out. so I sat down in the inside and waited another 20 minutes people came and left as I just sat there waiting....read full review
