I set up an order for a specific time. My husband went to pick up the order after work and it turned out that I accidentally set the date for tomorrow. They not only fixed the issue, but expedited it.
Thank you for being so wonderful and fixing my mistake! My husband works long shifts at a difficult job (I know you guys do too) and he is exhausted. I’m very grateful for your kindness.

Delivery driver instructions were to hand to person and it was left at door, no call was made or knock on door trying to reach out to us. The food was left at door on porch notified at 12:21 and left the store at 11:13 which is over a hour later. We checked to see that it was delivered as notified and it was extremely cold with ants covered all over the inside of box.
