Popped in for lunch on Valentines day for something quick with my husband. The restaurant was decorated nice with flowers and pillows on the bench seating and had heart streamers on ceiling. Waitstaff and hostess very friendly. Used to dine when they were located closer to the fox valley mall and this was first time at the new location. Food is the same hot and fresh. We finally tried Friaco's last weekend and wow – it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was perfect: lively but not overwhelming, with great music and atmosphere.

The fresh chips and salsa came out immediately and that salsa is seriously addictive – you can tell it's made fresh daily, just the right amount of kick.
For mains, the steak tacos were perfectly seasoned with tons of flavor, and the carnitas were crispy...
