I love noodles and company. My favorite dish to eat there is Penne Rosa. With parmesan crusted, chicken and all the vegetables. Keep in mind there is an upcharge for chicken. Being added to the dish or any extra sauce.

I just door dashed food from you guys and the chicken from the buffalo chicken Mac was completely burnt. The fact that you guys 20 dollars for burnt chicken is absolutely insane. DoorDash only gave a 5 dollar credit I don’t recommend this place. The food is always garbage.

Stood in like for 20+ waiting for someone to take our order. They were too busy filling orders for people to lazy to go pick up their order themselves. Not caring about the customer there to order for themselves. Very poor customer service. Ended up leaving without ordering.

I made an online order last night for pick-up in store and, even though I had to wait for a few minutes, the staff in the kitchen moved like clockwork. Much kudos to their hard work! And the management kept a great eye on both the customers and the young employees. I learned from a fellow customer while waiting that they had just filled a 30+ item order and were catching up on regular orders. Despite the rush, a staff member kindly brought me my order when it was completed and returned back to filling orders. This Noodles & Company has come a long way from two years ago! They even got the salad order correct (something they've struggled with in the past)! Keep up the great work, team! I'll be coming here again soon!
Vegetarian options: Wisconsin Mac & Cheese (very tasty), Impossible panko chicken add-ons, the salads, among others (those are just my favorites)
Parking: A bit of a tight squeeze during the height of the dinner rush

I have to drive to Shorewood to get Noodlez & Co. Ordered on line, went inside to look for my order n it wasn’t there. Waited and was asked what the name was and was told it was on the counter and they gave me the bag. I thought to myself “did I read the name wrong?” I took the bag they gave me then 2 blocks down I look at the name and it wasn’t my order. Had to go back. Food was now cold. But the food was good!!!!!
Cam the MGR is friendly, knowledgeable and has great jokes. Appreciate their hustle when getting DoorDash orders out the door! Would recommend!

Wait time is always 15mins paid for parm chick3n for the Mac and cheese and there was not 1 piece of chicken included and no working ac it must ot been 80-90degrees in the restaurant I was sweating waiting for my food
