Tonight this location got a pretty large rush all at once. I wanted to give a shout out to the team member with the beautiful tattoo on her arm. Way to go! I am unaware of the position you hold but I hope it is management!
Those young boys back on the line were struggling and getting frustrated and made sure they knew they can do this! You were continually shouting out little encouragements out to them back there. Reminding them to “just take it one order at a time” and then on top of that you jumping back there with them when you could tell they could use some support!
Coming from a GM of a franchise I want you to know that not only are you a star employee you are a wonderful teammate! Good job tonight!

I have given this location so many chances to get it right. They will be on the right track for one or two visits then they just tank again. I always specify allergies and multiple times have gotten home and had to throw my food away. They are just plain careless.
