Not my first visit. Knew what to expect going in. Nothing wrong with this location or staff. Pretty well run establishment, clean and orderly. Staff is polite and beverages are outstanding. Donuts not fresh baked, as they were in the 70's, but not horrible for being frozen and reheated, I guess. Breakfast sandwiches taste good, similar to Burger King Croissant sandwiches but not soggy like Burger King. Mainly go here for the drinks.

I like this location a lot. The service is always good. The last 2 times I have gotten coffee, it has been very watered down and not had the flavor I asked for even though it's printed on the label. I normally make coffee at home and have Dunkin as a treat. Please be aware that the quality of your product has declined and it is noticeable.

We have visited this location 3 times over the past 6 months while traveling. This location has always been super busy during the breakfast rush when we have come in but the staff are fast and accurate on completing orders. Food is great and the filled donuts here are the best we have had at any location! Thank you!

Came in and unable to get service. Was ignored by employees, apparently they only pay attention to the drive thru. Do not recommend, will not return.(yes I saw the kiosk to order, but the donuts on the screen didn't match what I saw in the baskets, and without anyone to ask, this left me with pretty much no choice but to walk away.)

Stopped in the drive thru on the way home with my son for a quick coffee and a doughnut. We ordered two hot coffees and two doughnuts. Got one iced, so I had them remake it. Hit the road and later opened the bag of doughnuts to find not two but 5 doughnuts, of which none were what we ordered, and what we tried to eat were dry as the Sahara and disgusting. Pretty sad when you can't pick a doughnut off the shelf and put it in a bag correctly.
Stopped visiting this location about a year ago because the customer service was just awful. Stopped in while nearby. Nothing has changed. My coffee is good but a tad of friendliness goes a long way. Again dropping dunkin & the eye

When my family pulled up to the window, the girls were dropping F-bombs very loudly and laughing. Then the girl who I was handing a gift card and my debit card too asked if the card was a coupon, I told her it's a gift card and put the difference on the debit card. She told another Co worker I don't know what the F... this is. I drove away. Terrible experience I usually come to this location in the morning but today I came at 725 pm. Not the top crew in the evening.

I used the drive through for breakfast today and to say it was bad is an understatement. I ordered the chorizo egg wrap and hashbrowns. The wrap looked great on the menu with fresh eggs and chorizo and it looked like a standard size wrap. I was disgusting. I was a melted slimy egg and meat mixture in a wrap about two inches square. The tortilla was dry and tough. The hashbrowns were the common hash rounds like most fast food. There were 5 small rounds that were heated in a microwave. They were slimy and fell apart as you tried to pick them up. I threw out over half the meal. It was truly the worst breakfast food I've ever tasted. Any manager that would allow that to go in a bag for 8 bucks should be fired. I hope this saves others from wasting their money.

If you've been to a Dunkin before you know what to expect. The store seems to be kept pretty clean though I've only been in once. I usually order drive through.Drive through is typically reasonably fast. I've only been pulled forward for an extended wait twice and even then the wait wasn't long at all.Staff has always been friendly. No complaints there. Even through the pandemic which was impressive. That said docked a star because on occasion my order is wrong. Never egregiously so to be clear. Small things like ordered 2 donuts and ended up with, and charged for, 3. Or asked for no cream on the cold brew but got cream. The rest of the orders would be right. Mostly detail errors.Food quality is bog standard Dunkin quality. Somewhere halfway between what you get at a gas station and Starbucks. Way too many drinks packed with sugar, standard for today. Food options are donuts, surprise, or the usual unhealthy sandwich options. I wish they hadn't taken away the beyond breakfast Sammy. The turkey sausage Sammy is the next healthiest thing. Are there even any meatless options? I think there might be an egg and cheese option. If you're vegan, God speed.

There was no one at the front for me to ask if they had decaf iced coffee. All the staff were in the back. I was finally able to get their attention. Good news...they do offer decaf iced coffee.
