One of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts to go to. my coffee always turns out how I like it! The Manager & all of the employees are super friendly!! 🧡
I went to the Silvis location to have my drink remade after the Moline location on the Avenue made my drink wrong and it tasted awful. They usually don't remake drinks from another store but they made the exception to earn my business. I really appreciate you guys remaking it for me and it tastes so much better! I will continue to recommend your location. Thank you! 🙏
Super rude lady this morning. Told me my order was completed I said I was waiting on hash-browns, then I reached down and grabbed my receipt and showed her. She said laced with pissyness “yea I know what your order is.” Literally just showing the receipt. This was sept 4 at 7:15am

Dunkin' is a well-run establishment with polite staff and outstanding beverages. While the donuts may not be freshly baked, the breakfast sandwiches taste good. Customers note that the service is generally good, but the quality of the coffee has declined, with some drinks being watered down. The selection may be limited, but the staff is attentive and quick to correct any errors. Recent reviews highlight moments of excellent customer service, where staff went above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated, even offering to remake drinks and providing donuts as a gesture of apology. However, some experiences have been less positive, with reports of slow and rude service, even when the place was not busy, and a lack of professionalism. Overall, the location continues to serve good coffee, but the level of friendliness and customer care can vary.
