So me and my boyfriend went to dunkin in silvis tonight, because i was craving some drink i saw online (a strawberry shortcake coolatta). I order it and the girl says yeah i will make that i will mix some of the stuff in(it was only for the month of feb) first green flag already. We are waiting for a little while but im not in a rush so i was okay with it. The girl comes to the window and is like hey sorry the machine is broken can i get you anything else? I order another drink...

The service was slow and rude. They weren’t even busy yet on a Sunday morning. Maybe understand professionalism when you come to work. Don’t rudely tell a customer to use the kiosk when you don’t even have all the donuts on it.

Not my first visit. Knew what to expect going in. Nothing wrong with this location or staff. Pretty well run establishment, clean and orderly. Staff is polite and beverages are outstanding. Donuts not fresh baked, as they were in the 70's, but not horrible for being frozen and reheated, I guess. Breakfast sandwiches taste good, similar to Burger King Croissant sandwiches but not soggy like Burger King. Mainly go here for the drinks.
