Very disappointed today. They would not package my order the way I asked for it. Very rude and then they didn't give me the meal I ordered. I ordered peppered chicken and got cashew chicken without the cashews. I tried to call and explain what happened and they acted like they didn't understand ande hung up on me. When I called back they would not answer the phone. Called 3 times and no answer. Ordered 2 meals and charged $26 for the wrong food. They did this once before and when I told them we received the wrong order they asked if I ate any of it. When I told them I had one bite before I realized it was wrong their response was that I couldn't return it. So they gave me the wrong order, wouldn't replace it for what I actually ordered. I think they asked if I ate any of it was because they would have tried to serve it to someone else. Even though they gave me the wrong meal they were not going to make it right and provide me with a replacement meal. This restaurant stinks

May 25, 2022. Both the Kung Pao chicken and the Hunan beef were excellent. Hot and Sour soup was delicious but had almost no meat. Nice people and fast service. Carry out only. Oct 8, 2022. Forgot that this is the place that puts very little meat in the Hot n Sour soup... Big mistake. This time there was NO MEAT AT ALL in the soup. Dropped 4 stars to 1 for that reason. Gotta order something else next time.
