Showed up 2 separate times (3:20 and 4:30) on two separate days and both times the store was closed during their normal operating hours. The tea is good but it’s too far from the city to have unreliable hours (for me personally). Also I know this is more of a staffing issue than an issue with the service or product. In the end not totally worth it.

I have been buying from Adagio teas for years and I love and adore them. The packaging is perfect, and being able to make your own blend gives you a freedom of taste and preference that I have not found anywhere else. And it's cute!!

We love Adagio Teas and when we find ourselves at the Old Orchard Mall we always stop in. The variety of teas that they have are pretty vast for any flavors that you may want to try. They have all different flavors of white, black, green, and herbal teas. We definitely have our favorites but the cool thing about coming into the store is that they can actually make you a hot tea there if you want to try one right then and there. It’s not too bad on the price for the cup of tea and then if you find you like it you can grab a bag of it to make at home.RewardsI highly recommend signing up for the rewards program if you drink tea in volume. We have got quite a bit of good stuff with our rewards already. A lot of times we get a mystery or curated sample pack. This gives us a chance to try some new stuff for free essentially and there have been times when we get things before they are in store/at the website in the packs. If you are already going to spend the money on the tea why not get the rewards too!
