Long time tea drinker but this was my first time visiting this store. The store was laid out very nicely, staff was helpful and friendly but gave us time to look at our own pace. There are so many wonderful sounding flavors but for my first two purchases here I went with the double ginger and the Thai ice tea. Both were amazing but I have to say that the Thai ice tea is my new obsession. For signing up for rewards I was given a few single bag samples. One of those was banana nut bread which I will be purchasing soon. Smells and tastes exactly how you would hope. Can't wait to try out some other new flavors soon too!

They have a wide variety of teas, and you are able to try them there if you want. Really nice tea shop. And you get free sample teas if you're new! Great experience for sure

I was looking for David's Tea and found Adagio in Naperville. Beautiful shop with friendly service! This store is easy to navigate and you can have a fresh cup of hot or cold tea of your choice, to go!!

I have had 9 different teas + a sample pack with a bunch of others from Adagio Teas. I'm a fruit tea person mostly but started drinking green teas for caffeine. I wanted something that was easy/pleasant to drink like a fruit tea and have been very satisfied with Adagio Teas.I think Adagio makes nice quality tasty tea. They have a lot of choice, which is a bit tough if you are like me and easily overwhelmed, but the sample packs are useful and efficient for navigating that. Having out what I like (using the samplers), I find reordering easy and convenient.I like the citron + citrus mint green teas and their jasmine teas. I also enjoy the fruit teas, although the ones in the pack I got (Orchard Herbals I think) taste pretty much the same :). Some of the green teas from the sample pack were a bit bitter or grassy, but the pack helped me figure out which ones work for me so I recommend it nonetheless.The custom tea blends are fun. I got one as a gift and like it, but there are a lot so I don't know how I would pick one myself. There is a filtering function to search through custom blends but again a lot of choice and tough to sort through IMO.

Just got shipment of Adagio Teas!! The Rooibos Vanilla is divine and Throat Therapy is the best tasting THERAPY Ever.
Thanks for the help today. You answered a lot of questions for me and introduced me to some delicious teas for the winter. I'm excited to try some more of your teas over the year.

This place used to be good, but now sells complete garbage. Bought a tea kettle here and had to return it because it was blatantly defective. It was unusually difficult to return the kettle despite the obvious defect. The replacement kettle is also blatantly defective in how the spout was formed.

The tea is great, but for me it was the experience that makes this a 5 star location. There's an employee named Jacob that is like a tea encyclopedia. He could not have been more friendly or informative in helping my family pick out teas. We all walked out with a smile on our face and excited to try our new teas. I've tried both of the teas Jacob recommended for me and his picks were spot on.
