Terrible!!! We waited for 40 minutes and they started seating people that came after us with the same number of people. The older woman came out and called us a few times and then said no, not you guys and continued to say the younger woman messed up everything. When I confronted the girl with the long hair, she didn’t care. No apologies, not even a thank you for waiting. It was basically, we don’t care and if you’re hungry go somewhere else. I had kids with my that were starving and the customer service was the worst experience. If you made a mistake, say you’re sorry and accommodate. I will make sure all the social media groups knows about this as well as all of my clientele. BIG MISTAKE!

This place is perfect! This is the best spot to go if you are looking for some great and quality breakfast and brunch foods. This Annie’s Pancake House is full of amazing foods that can surely fill your tummy up and also satisfy your cravings. They have so huge selection and all of it are worth trying. They have the best breakfast meal I have ever had in this area of Skokie. Yummy breakfast spot. Their food here is so fair and reasonably priced. You can really enjoy anything you want in such an affordable price. Their staff here is so nice, helpful, and attentive. They are working so fast and quick. They can actually serve the orders on time. They really love doing their job. All of them really made our experience really happy and much better. They also gave us so many reasons to come back. Outstanding service. Really great place to spend some quality with special someone like family, friends, and partner. Amazing spot. Will definitely visit and come back here again when I am nearby. I went to Annie’s with a few friends to eat breakfast after our Finals (December 17 I believe). We were places in the booth closest to where the coffee machine is, on the far right of the restaurant. I’m sitting and eating my skirt steak omelette and I look down at my seat and see a bug crawling. IT WAS A ROACH!!!!! I take my napkin and squish it and show my friends. I’m freaking out in discussed. None of us finished our food and we went to the front to pay our bill. The older lady asked us how everything was is I said, “not so good” and showed her the napkin. She replies, “oh s***** threw the napkin away and walks away to talk to someone else from the restaurant. She comes back and says “you’re good to go.” We left and are never planning on coming back. I can’t image how dirty the back is for roaches to be living there. Roach restaurants need to be addressed!

I've been eating here for the past 4 years and the last 3 time's the food has been horrible. For sure this will be my last time as I refuse to keep giving my money to this place and the cook can't get the order right. Today I ordered the Butcher Chop Skillet and the green peppers were SO huge as if they cut the pepper in 6. I also added onions and the were cut the same. They over powered the meal and should've been diced like they use to. :(

Yummy breakfast place. Friendly for kids and great food menu for them as well. The staff was great and the food came out fast. They had pretty much any breakfast food item you can think of and its variety. Worth checking out for breakfast if you have a chance.

Food was okay nothing special. Ordered a skillet but everything had the same texture. I expected it to be soft and crispy but was mainly a pile of mush. Perhaps the hashbrowns should of been left on more and the veggies needed to be seared more it was almost like they were steamed. The water has a weird fish smell to it. Next time you dine here smell you’re water. If they are using the same water in food preparation maybe that’s why I really didn’t like anything.
