Worst customer service this Girl name Jacelyn had worst attitude ever, she said she is the manager .I Don't understand does this place have district manager to.check on all this reviews if they care about this company and make it a better place that customers can enjoy a nice pretzel with zero attitude.

When you sell one product you can be really good at it... Best pretzel I have had. I actually drive back the next day to get another one .. Sounds totally corny but true. Not sure what they do to make it taste good and probably don't want to know but a really tasty treat.

How can this place rip people off so bad?! Why the hell is it $10 for a pretzel now and what happened to the lemonade ?! It tastes like pinesol! I haven’t been here in so long and it’s awful. Quality went down and prices went up. Never ever coming back. And the employees have no idea what is happening.

I asked for a small cinnamon nugget and the guy told me I HAD to order a large. I think that is crazy and poor customer service. He also told me it was a policy that they couldn't make me a small. Asian guy, I don't remember his name. Very disappointed!!!

I was served burnt mini pretzel dogs at Auntie Anne’s which should never have been sold. When I mentioned it, the employee Miguel wasn’t happy , didn’t listen, and didn’t seem to want to help. Very disappointing experience—both the food and service were unacceptable.

The man in this store not only overcharged me by three dollars in cash, but also filled half a box of candy. I wanted salty but he gave me candy. I will never go to this garbage store again.

I have been here a few times and every time they have been out of pretzels and on a wait to make them. I am not sure what’s going on, but as a place that sells pretzels, I think they should make more pretzels. They’re supposed to be sitting there ready?

My family and I went in for the piggies in pretzel, the guy im front, I think his name was Miguel, so rude and made very condescending comments. My mom asked out of curiosity why they didn’t have much ready and he kept being so rude to her and we ended up talking to other staff, he kept talking under his breath so I did get kinda loud but don’t be rude to my mother who is an older woman. The other staff was helpful and polite. But that guy needs to be removed from there, the manager defended us as customers and he was sent home and should stay home in my own opinion. We still got whatever they had ready and left, but that guy drives everyone away.

If you're hungry and looking for food while shopping at the mall, I’d strongly suggest skipping this place. The customer service is absolutely the worst, with rude staff who treat customers as if they’re doing you a favor or serving free food. The experience felt more like being an inmate than a paying customer. Highly non-recommended due to the provoking and disrespectful behavior. Definitely not worth your time or money.

I’d give a zero if I could. Ordered online and went to pick up the order. They had nothing ready yet I was still able to order. When I asked how long she said the dough wasn’t even ready yet. Then I asked for a refund and she said it won’t let her. She tried once and then stopped interacting. No help with where I go for a refund, no answer to how long it would be. Called customer service and they will take up to 72 hours to get back to me about it. So I don’t even know if I will get a refund and I still got no food. Ridiculous

Ordered 2 cups of pretzels and 2 drinks, $40. Unreal. I asked the guy if that's right, can I see it on the screen? He said the screen doesn't work and I can't see the receipt until I pay. Just wow. $2 for a dipping sauce that isn't enough for 1/2 an order. Wouldn't even give the cup/dip holder gadget they advertise right on the counter. Auntie Anne's is on my won't go list now. For whatever reason, I was charged 18% tax also. I made sure there was no tip.

Workers were giving rude looks at customers and talking about them as they walked in. Every single one also had an attitude. Felt very uncomfortable in the store.
