Great burgers

Went there on yesterday for the $8 burger special. The burger was fantastic. 8 oz burger but it seemed even larger. A generous portion of either fries, tots or asparagus. Any burger on the menu was $8. I had a cheddar bacon burger with garlic aioli and it was delicious. Easiky worth the $16 regukar price but at $8 it was a steal.
Atmosphere is nice. Kind of retro 80's dark wood and iridescent mosaic tiles on the walls. The service was a little slow but VERY pleasant. I think it was slow because we went in with a part of 9 on what is usually a very slow night. One person taking care of everyone and they worked their butt off.

Drinks are a little pricey but it is happy hour until 7 so at least up until then they were not bad.

All in all I will definitely go again.

Jen is amazing! Every time I go to Bar Louie she provides amazing service. She is very friendly and is a great bar tender! Everyone go to Bar Louie and only ask for Jen!

The bartender was knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to make a suggestion based on your preferences.
They had salsa dance lessons Saturday night.

Bar Louie was great, although where we got seated can use a little more space. Food was great. Drink orders was a little slow but in all, experience was ok. Definitely will be back for more.

Stood at the entrance and after several minutes it was clear that no one was going to seat us. Went to bartender and he handed us menus and we sat at a table. After 10 minutes (at a dirty table), we asked bartender if someone could take our order. He mumbled something and we sat back down before deciding this was nuts. At least acknowledge our presence! Absolutely will not be returning.

Went there for a quick drink, and it was great. The martini was perfect and tasty. The waitress was efficient and attentive. We had appetizers, and they were good, nothing to complain about, and nothing to get excited about.

I was having soup and grilled cheese sandwich when this Asian bartender discriminated against me ruining my food appetite by serving me water and telling me I can’t have another drink when I wasn’t even asking for another drink .! I believe it was because of this guy that looked like the president of Ukrain asking me what I do for a living was getting sassy with me for paying for these girls food and drinks !! Total discrimination! I’ll never go there again . I didn’t even finish my soup . Very disrespectful. Where is the manager? Very bad experience! Totally ruined my vibe after paying $500

Great meal, a little on the expensive side, great service.

Good food but poor quality of service and not very motivated staff. Also understaffed and slow to deliver and take your order. Some dirty tables weren't wiped but were told to sit down anywhere I'd like. So I had to ask them to wipe a table I liked the seating.

The food is OK but the drinks are overpriced and they automatically add an 18% gratuity on the check and don’t tell you about it which I don’t appreciate

What a joke! As a guest at the hotel I went down for some dinner. I’m traveling for work, so it was a convenient spot for dinner. I sat at the bar that was busy, but not so crowded you wouldn’t be noticed. I sat down and was asked what I wanted to drink, I ordered a water and ask to see a menu. I was brought a water immediately. There were several others that were around me that also had water and were enjoying their food. I than sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take me order… there were two young guys behind the bar who I kept trying to make eye contact with to let them know I was ready, but no luck. So after 15 minutes of being ignored and the guy passing by me to check on the lady sitting next to me, if she needed anything, I got up and left. I was prepared to order the wings $16.95 and the shrimp and grits $23.75, so they cost themselves business and money tonight. If you are staying here and want to grab dinner, do it somewhere else, you’ll most likely get served.

Update: So they reached out and said “so sorry we’d like to make it up to you”, they invited me in to a dinner on them, “if I was ever in the area again”. I emailed back after several back and forth and said, good news, I’m here for another week and I would love to have my mind and my review changed. After I accepted their offer to have a comp meal on them and advised I WAS still in the area, absolutely no more responses! Haha, they didn’t even follow through with their offer to make it right. Still a joke of a way to get and retain customers. I guess they count on the fact that they are in a hotel so the traffic comes from that. ALL WHO ARE READING, STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! There are a ton of other options in the area.

WASTE OF MONEY. Disappointed- WAY over priced. $48 for 1 order of sliders, a beer and sangria. Unbelievable. Service was very slow. We stayed at the hotel and ordered to go. Food was not good - will never be back.
