Poor customer care.. in-store didn’t look too busy ( i was only person waiting to order, and at least 3 staffs saw me waiting there) but no one came to say ‘can i help you?’ Or ‘ wait a min (if the store was busy)’… One guy looked like a manager just passed and that was it.. Also, other staffs were not really care someone was waiting to order or not.. What a great experience there! I never go back the location again.

This place is disgusting. It’s slow service thru drive thru, inside the floors are so so sticky, it looks unsanitary and to top it off, the last time I went I found a spider in my ice cream. No clue how it passes health inspections.

Average dunkin/baskin I ordered from the kiosk no problems. The lobby was a bit dirty but that's expected from most establishments. I do wish the baristas would've called out my order or name, but nonetheless my coffee was delicious!! Oh and!! They threw in an extra donut for me :

3rd time I've ordered the sundae package from this store and 3rd time they've left out whipped cream. This time the delivery person specifically asked and was told "all good." Well it's not all good. It's too expensive to be treated this way.This is horrible customer service.

Just took the kids to have ice cream and asked for kids scoops and later checking the receipt realized they charged for regular single scoop. Very disappointed
