My husband and i were craving some pink bubble gum ice cream from Baskin-Robbins. However almost none of the locations in the Chicago area seem to carry it (or even answer the phone) we had called several locations but were unsuccessful, until we called this location - one of their employees, Syed answered the phone immediately, was very professional and said they do carry it!. We drove over and our server was the same man who answered the phone. Syed immediately recognized us from the phone call as soon as we asked for the ice cream. And was very very friendly! Absolutely outstanding customer service! We will definitely be returning to this location for our pink bubble gum ice cream!

3rd strike before posting a review. This is the 3rd time in a row that this baskin robbins has confirmed an order on uber eats or doordash, and then waited over 25 minutes to tell anyone that they don't have ANYTHING in stock. Literally every single thing that was ordered, they don't have. Why accept money? Why leave it online for people to order? Wasted my time and even worse, wasted the time of a driver trying to make some money. Whoever runs this place should be jobless tomorrow morning.

The lemon blackberry is some of the best I’ve ever had! Chocolate lovers was yummy too. Inside is very clean and cold like most ice cream stores.

Good service, but they should have gel to clean and desinfect hands. I even tried to get some from inside the counter and it was empty!
