It's our first time back here since they rebuilt this dunkin. No lines.Quick service.Extremely clean and modern.The food looks good and more importantly employees appear happier. Everything is upgraded.

The old Dunkin' was demolished and a far more spacious Dunkin' with a drive thru was built to replace it in record time. Expansion was made possible by acquiring adjacent properties. They reopened for business on September 20. The new building is "turned around"--instead of facing Touhy Ave., the café and patio now face north. The new patio, partially covered, was still unfurnished, but we will look forward to enjoying our coffee there on mild days in the future. Inside, the café is bright, airy and attractive, and the expanded counter space and seating will better accommodate the breakfast crowd. Drool-worthy donuts, muffins, etc. are in upfront display cases rather than behind the counter. Over on the Baskin side, the Missus and I tried samples of sugar-free fat-free pineapple coconut ice cream, which tasted far sweeter and richer than it sounds. We both enjoyed a scoop, together with coffee. Even though Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins are owned by the same parent company, they continue to have separate apps and rewards programs, and they also ring up purchases separately. Rather clumsy.My regular coffee was just fine but My Missus' decaf - freshly made - looked and tasted like mud. She returned it to the cashier and got regular coffee instead. No problem (apart from being sleep-challenged).

I know this Dunkin Donuts has been leveled and a new Dunkin's will rise soon (along with a new Baskin Robbins) but I wanted to get my review in. First, I don't have Dunkin' Donuts often and when I do get them, I can't believe how much the donuts have changed since I was in high school. I almost feel like everything shrank about 20 to 30 percent in size. Is it just me or is this accurate?? Also, the old fashioned used to be heavy and covered in a solid sugary glaze. Well, that's gone, it now has a soft outer coating. Finally, their caramel macchiato doesn't even come close to Starbucks' version, I know it's not an apple to apple comparison. But I do like their regular coffee, so I think I'll just stick with that. FYI, they bought about three (3) houses which were adjacent to the original building and they tore those down too, in order to make way for a drive thru and a bigger building and pahking lot.

Decent drinks but light ice doesn't exist here...I had to ask to remake my drink twice and even after that I still left with a drink that had extra ice to fill the cup.

3rd strike before posting a review. This is the 3rd time in a row that this baskin robbins has confirmed an order on uber eats or doordash, and then waited over 25 minutes to tell anyone that they don't have ANYTHING in stock. Literally every single thing that was ordered, they don't have. Why accept money? Why leave it online for people to order? Wasted my time and even worse, wasted the time of a driver trying to make some money. Whoever runs this place should be jobless tomorrow morning.

The lemon blackberry is some of the best I’ve ever had! Chocolate lovers was yummy too. Inside is very clean and cold like most ice cream stores.

Dunkin' Donuts is of course a chain that's all over Chicagoland, and I have at least 3 that are minutes from our house. This one doesn't have a drive thru, but they are 24 hours, making it super convenient. I stop here when I need treats for the office or when they have promotions. If you download the app there are always great deals! Very inexpensive and they're a Baskin Robbins also.
Quick service and great new worker recommended a smoothie that I was craving.

Every time we go here and do a mobile order they get it wrong. Have had to go back with wrong order three times within a 2 weeks span. If the order is on the receipt I don't know why they can't put the correct items in the bag. Switching to the one in Lincolnwood on Pratt to see if that is any better.

Good service, but they should have gel to clean and desinfect hands. I even tried to get some from inside the counter and it was empty!
