The chicken is so good! There is seating, but when we were there, it was crowded and noisy with kids running around. The chairs aren't comfortable either. But the chicken! It was very flavorful and excellent. Kind of elevated fast food. We'll go back for the chicken legs and try new dishes but will probably do carry out instead of eating in.

My server, Zack, was hands down the nicest and most genuine person I’ve ever met at a restaurant. He was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. His positive attitude and warm personality made me feel so welcome, and it honestly turned a great meal into one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had.
Zack didn’t just serve food—he made the whole experience memorable. He treated me with respect, checked in at the right times, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. There is a South Asian girl who works there, and she is extremely rude, ill-mannered, and disrespectful. She accused us of stealing when we mentioned that some side items were missing, and then she hung up on me. In contrast, previously the other person who took our order was delightful, he was kind, respectful, and wonderful. So I doubt that all the staff are like her. That one unpleasant girl ruined our experience at Bonchon.

The lady who received my call was so rude!!! This is the second times they missed side items with my take out order. When I tried to tell her about the missing items, she started accusing me of how can she believes me! During the conversion suddenly she hung up the call. I would highly recommend the owner of the restaurant should check this kind of behavior, otherwise this place will lose their customers eventually!!!
