Experience: With a party of 4 on a weekday during lunch hours, we were able to be seated fairly easily. Venue seems casual during the day but could dress up during the evening. This location does check for vaccination cards upon entry. Parking: The business has large parking lot in front of the business. Plenty of spots to pick. Worth: Absolutely worth the visit. Great service. Great food. I had the Sirloin Steak and Crab Cake. Absolutely fantastic. In addition, I mentioned it was my birthday and gave me a gift of an order of shrimp for my next visit, which I will definitely come back for. 5/5!

Well I used to enjoy eating here, but not anymore, they used to have a nice ribeye steak (off the menu) they used to do a great brussel sprouts side dish (gone), other items portioned down. Obviously they are trying to figure out how to make money, by the way they have a 7 oz. sirloin that (before they cook it) was so tough I could hardly chew it, there prices are low & that seems there priority. The ribeye will cost more as prices have gone up on meats fine I get it at least I have a choice. They forgot about the customer & the food. I wonder what they must be thinking? Maybe that we are stupid & don't notice. The dinner was disgusting, I have no problem to pay more & getting what I'm use to getting. 4 people $200 spent & wasted. I will Never ever go back, shame on them

This Bonefish Grill the nice place to dine! The customer service is so amazing and great! The waiters and waitresses are so friendly, nice, and attentive. They serve so fast and their plating is so creative. Their food here is very decent and quality. Their place is perfect for a date, birthday, and other special occasions. Their steak is a must try! It is so tender, soft, juicy, and flavorful. It is so perfect and well made. Their place has a great atmosphere that will make you feel relax and chill. The whole place is elegant and well-decorated. You will absolutely love to take a picture or selfie inside. This Bonefish Grill is so huge, they have parking lot, inside the place is very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place! This is a hidden gem in this area of Chicago! If you are here in this city you must visit and give try to this location, they will never disappoint, and they will literally satisfy your cravings especially in seafood. Everything on their menu is on fire! All of the food will make your mouth waters. And all of it is worth the price and also worth buying again and again. Can't wait to go back again soon to treat myself! Really want explore more of the food they have and try some new dishes they have. Bonefish Grill is so amazing! Clearly from my last review from 4 years ago i been goin here forever! Today is my birthday and they screwed my order all the way up! The person on the phone seemed like he was trying his best but i would not have him answer the phone..i was on hold for 10 minutes and and he kept clicking asking what would i like i said place an order three times and put me on hold 3 times! The new baja shrimp and scallops I specifically said extra sauce extra chesse on it and on the side! I got the cheese on the side where was the cheese on it! And it says extra sauce on the ticket!! That s*** was dry af literally stuck together noodles no sauce! I looked at it an tossed it to someone else! U will see the pic! And the salad haha i asked for avocado said it comes on there WHERE IS IT?! And on the ticket it says two skewers of shrimp for the salad hiw is there only 5 shrimp on the side none in the salad?! So 1/4 of the salad was ate cause 5 shrimp wont cover that salad! Worst bday ever! Im so pissed and the kid said he will try to send a 25 dollar goft card! The boy took the street how the fuk u take the street Nd think u gone know where i live?!!! I had to tell him no youre gonna need the rest of my address! That street is in every state! Doe doe! Ugh im so upset! Everytime i am specific and have them repeat it they always get it wrong 50 percent of the time! I ate there last week and the new waitress omg that was the worst experience ever! Train them better before you throw them out there! Because i am not your average customer! My teo salads always cost me 90 dollars!

Very nice place for dinner! Atmosphere and service were great and the food was amazing. The crab fries were fresh and bursting with flavor while the fish was fresh and high-quality. The Imperial Cod was remarkable and the mahi-mahi was tasty too, but could’ve used a bit more flavor. Their sides and the bread were delicious as always

The restaurant ran out of the special for the evening, Chilean Sea Bass, and the server offered no alternative suggestions. For $30+ a plate it would be nice to get input from the person who should know the menu best. The most prominent flavor in most of the food is butter.

Bonefish grill menu is pretty much made the same from place to place. The deciding factor for me is service. The service I received from Skilla was amazing! Skilla was attentive and patient with my all pregnant requests! Everything was handled with a smile. I was later followed up with Mrs. Brown who made sure my mom, my baby bump and I were all happy. I will return!

Great place to dining with friends or family for any occasion. The food was excellent both the main entree and appetizers. I had the Florida Cobb with Salmon--it was delicious! Our dining staff member was excellent (Sichelle) too. She ensured us a great meal and she delivered. Two thumbs up to the manager (Curneak). She stopped at our table --assessing our dining experience (we had no complaints/5 stars). Please make reservations on weekends it gets pretty busy.

We came to Bonefish to celebrate my parent's anniversary and while we hit a snag with the meal, Tyler (manager) stepped up and went over and above to correct the issue. Thank you so much Tyler for saving this night and all your help to make the situation right! You are amazing! Also, Sitta did an amazing job as our server. She was friendly, courteous and did a great job in helping us resolve the issue.
