Buffalo Wild Wings

I was very disappointed with my experience. Right away, I noticed that the menus were all sticky and dirty. The tables were also very sticky, which was quite off-putting. The server took too long to bring our food and never really checked in on us. To top it off, my glass cup broke when picking it up and sticky lemonade spilled all over me. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit.

This is by far the nicest BWW I’ve ever been too! Good was amazing. Hot and fast. Staff was great. Super nice and helpful. Very clean and well-put together. Great specials!

Parking: It’s right next to Old Orchard Mall so there’s plenty of parking and mini parking garages

OMG....the atmosphere was great, and we had the ABSOLUTE BEST BARTENDER. Shout out to Molly!

The service was absolutely terrible 👎🏾. The person who served me name was Molly. Molly is definitely in need of retraining she acted as if I had no right to ask questions about the menu at all! Molly acted as if you she was upset she had to work! I think Molly should reconsider her career choice if she doesn’t know how to work with the public while serving food in a customer service field! Molly went to tell her “manager” Christopher everything that I asked about my order. Molly told Christopher because I had questions about MY FOOD I was complaining. Molly and Christopher both need retraining and a manager to look over them in the evening so they can both act better at work. Christopher refused to give me his name, the only reason I got it is because it was on the receipt when he messed up ringing me out, just unprofessional all around! I had to cancel the other half of my order ( fries and queso) because of their attitudes and fear of them doing something to my food, because I asked for their names so I could call about their behavior. After that Christopher made a distasteful remark saying he was scared I would do something to them which was absolutely ridiculous! Christopher had an atrocious attitude, I don’t understand how he could be the “manager” of anything! Christopher failed to ring me out twice so I finally took what was rang up by Molly (because he asked her to which was still incorrect) and paid then left. Also they gave me not even half of one wing (see the included picture) the response that Christopher gave was I personally made the order what you want me to do? Give you one wing? The fact that he made that order and thought it was acceptable to serve…. And he is a “manager” is ridiculous! I will not be back! I don’t understand how this location is still open it’s almost always empty and I see why!

We waited too long to sit at a table and the food took too long to arrive, the food did not taste good and was cold. It did not come as we ordered, unfortunately it was not a good experience

This place was really bad. The wings we ordered came out cold and stale. The burger we ordered had half of the toppings missing. The service staff was the only somewhat positive.

Horrible. How is this place still open? It’s Sunday night they only have one server one bartender one section open. So we order take out. They tell us they ran out of boneless wings like how?! How frustrating. Don’t recommend coming to this location. No manager to offer some type of discount or apology or at least to be acknowledged as a customer. Horrible!

I had the cheeseburger meal for lunch, great deal for $11. Then took out tenders/ fries for dinner at motel. It was very good. Server did a great job for being only one.

1. Ordered an appetizer WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO COME OUT BEFORE THE FOOD! Came out after my husbands food was served
2. They didn’t have nachos which is originally why we ordered the sampler. They replaced the nachos for some dry onion rings
3. My wings didn’t come out until my husband and my son were done eating (20 mins after) AND THEY WERE COLD.
4. there was no refills on the fountain drinks
5. our table was never checked on. It was a waste of time, money and patience.
6. Last but not least, They have NEVER checked IDs when ordering alcoholic drinks (& I always take it) the day I don’t bring down my ID from the car they decide to check

Great food and deals. definitely would come back.

Nothing like stopping by BDubs with our film crew after a smooth work day in the suburbs. The combo platter was a perfect taste of everything and the beers were as tall and frosty as ever. Superb service, cheers!

I wasn’t surprised when the server informed me they were out of the beer I ordered. BWW locations never have the posted beers. However, when she told me they have no bleu cheese for the wings…really??
After waiting 15 minutes for a beer, I asked to move my tab to the bar and sat there, to avoid being ignored.
The service in this place is beyond awful.

I love BWW wings, however at this location (Skokie - Old Orchald mall) I always have some problem, like them giving me the wrong flavors for my order, they don't follow the ingredients as you decide (I always said no onion and looks like they use a lot of onion on porpuse )and usually the food is it taking forever to be ready , even for to go or to eat there .
This time when I picked up my food they made me wait 10 more minutes considering that the restaurant was practically empty, it's a joke, my order was 20 boneless and when I got home I saw that they gave me 17... well I know that 3 pieces isn't much but the point is that you should receive what you order and my large fries came very few.
This location always has some problem.
