Try their black bean burger. Patty was burned to crisp. Taste was awful. Had a side salad caesar dressing. I just felt like i filled my stomach with garbage. Overall everything was beautifully overpriced. I just love and adore this place after all . Never buying again
They *consistently* forget items on delivery orders.

This place has gone down over the past 2 years. Service needs major work! Manager needs to be on the floor more often checking with customers until this is fixed.
Food is cold, not all sides and dips were correct and already cold.
No napkins were provided after being pointed out to server.
They look understaffed but after pointing out missing items there was little effort placed in rectifying the situation. Staff seems more involved in person conversations than on customers.

I’ve been a regular at Buffalo Wild Wings for years, but the service has really declined over the past two years — and tonight was the worst experience yet.
We waited about 10 minutes just to be greeted at the door. Our server seemed new and had to keep checking the iPad for our order. He brought drinks for my husband and me but forgot the kids’ drinks, then realized it later. Our onion rings arrived without any sauce, and by the time we got it, they were cold.
My husband asked for a beer three separate times before it finally came. When our wings arrived, they were dry and missing sauce, and we only got one small ranch for 40 wings. When I mentioned the issue, the server said, “I’m just the server,” which was disappointing.
To make matters worse, the bathrooms were filthy, and the trays and utensils didn’t look clean. Unfortunately, after tonight, we won’t be returning.

On Saturday a very busy UFC fight our server was Jay - he said everything was crazy busy but he was still personable and attentive. We waited a really really long time for our food. We ordered a some wings for a 4 person group. Finally we lost patience and I asked for the manager and met Mark. He quickly apologized and got our food order out and gave a credit on our bill which was the right thing to do. I wanted to give him credit that he made the situation right to take care of the customer.

I was here on Saturday with my disabled father. We wanted somewhere with a covered patio to watch the Cubs vs Brewers game. We arrived around 1pm and the place was not busy and I waited for a host for longer then expected. I requested we sit outside on the patio where there was one other person. After getting seated and getting my dad comfortable, the host came out to inform us that they only had one server and she was too overwhelmed to take care of any outside tables and asked if we could be seated inside. I've worked in this industry for many years and completely understood. My dad really wanted to stay outside because it was a beautiful day so I told the host I would be fine just going up to the bar and ordering our drinks and food to go so we could stay outside. I then kindly asked if they could switch the TV's to the Cubs game. The host went in and came back out and told us that the Manager said they were unable to switch the outside TV's....now I'm getting frustrated. We then decide to move inside. We were then seated right underneath one TV with the Cubs game on. The TV was too high to comfortable lift our heads to watch. Time goes by and we were never greeted by a server/manager/bartender or anybody. We decided to leave. This is completely unacceptable. They were not that busy. As someone who has worked in this industry, you help each other out. The bartender had maybe 4 people sitting at the bar. They should have helped the overwhelmed server take tables. Poor management, do better.

We visit Buffalo Wild Wings quite often, but this location was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We waited more than an hour for our order, the restrooms were extremely dirty, and the atmosphere was terrible. The only positive was our server, who was polite and friendly, but that doesn’t make up for everything else.

Came for lunch on a Saturday. The only person working was Lynn. She was doing amazing helping a full bar and multiple tables. After about an hour, someone came out and took a table. At no point did a manager or anyone come out to help her. The entire time Lynn was nice, attentive and helpful. Eventually a “manager” came out. She went to put on a game for another customer and was vaping in the corner while trying to change the channel. Keep Lynn and lose the rest. They aren’t helpful or friendly. Thank you, Lynn!

Restaurantji Recommends
I’m giving this place a bad review due to the restaurant being severely understaffed. Saturday afternoon at a mall location and this poor waitress was taking care of the entire upper area by the bar plus the bar patrons! It took us 20 minutes before they even took our order. She was running around all over the place. Not her fault at all but wow that is on management. Someone should have been out helping her. I will not return.

Just experienced worst service ever. Waited over an hour and half for food and was given cold burger and fries. Then told to wait more time for the rest of food since they burned the wings and didn’t care to remake it. Waitress was nice however. Had to leave still hungry. Never going back there again.

Disaster of a visit on a Saturday night. Took over 5 min to get seated, forever for our food to come out (minus my order, which took at least another 10 minutes to be served). Food was not well made, location was dirty and staff seemed too busy hanging out in the back to care about the numerous tables that needed attention. This used to be our favorite location, I don’t know what’s changed recently but we won’t be back for awhile.

I was very disappointed with my experience. Right away, I noticed that the menus were all sticky and dirty. The tables were also very sticky, which was quite off-putting. The server took too long to bring our food and never really checked in on us. To top it off, my glass cup broke when picking it up and sticky lemonade spilled all over me. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit.
