I do not know what happened to BWW. We keep giving them chances and we are always disappointed, no matter the location. We waited for just shy of 30 minutes after being told “no more than 15 minutes” for a table for four. There were easily 45-50 unoccupied tables. They always seem mismanaged, under staffed and the servers are never quick.Once seated, we were encouraged to use the website to order. We waited nearly an hour for wings. My wings were warm, but were not correctly sauced. I didn’t ask for them to fix it, because I didn’t want to wait. From start to finish, we were here for over 90 minutes for two kids meals and a a total of 20 wings. We arrived at 5:30 and didn’t leave until after 7 because of the slow service. I will say our waitress was polite.Both men’s and women’s bathrooms were go gross. Toilets were disgusting and the trash was overflowing in both. Floors were sticky.Parking: This location is at a mall, with an outdoor entrance.Kid-friendliness: They do have a small kids menu with normal child friendly meals. Slightly overpriced.

Brought my family here for my daughters birthday, our waitress was awesome and did her best but the food came out way to slow… my daughters burger was burnt and the wings were not at there best. I’m assuming with the low staff it’s making the establishment suffer.

The wings here were some of the smallest wings I have ever seen. They looked like they came from a starved pigeon. The fries came out cold and she had to replace them. On a positive note the bartender was super nice and attentive.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the fights for UFC Fight Night Mexico, but was told that they weren't going to show them despite it not being a PPV. The place was pretty empty, no one at the bar, and all the TVs had basketball that no one (except the host/greeter at the door) was watching. When asked if they could put it on ONE tv, they refused. Disappointing.

When we walked in, two employees were socializing with their friends and ignoring the plethora of customers waiting to be seated. We waited ten minutes to even be asked how many people were in our party, and the guy seemed inconvenienced by our presence. After we were seated, it took another 30 minutes for somebody to come to our table. We didn’t get water until we asked for it. Our server was super kind, but obviously annoyed because she was the only one working the floor. They were out of honey BBQ sauce even thought it was only 6:30 and the restaurant seemed pretty empty.

Me and my friend came in last night at 9 PM for Valentine’s Day February 14, 2024. There was one worker working all alone, taking everyone’s orders, bringing out food as fast as he could, and he had to deal with a very rude customer. He did the best he could to satisfy her, he even discounted them for their meal and she was not having it. She was rude and yelling at him. She was the type of customer that no matter what you do to make her happy! you will never make her happy. He did an amazing job handling the situation the best he could have. 5 stars ⭐️ for the employee who worked all by himself last night on valentine’s Day! 0 stars ⭐️ for the establishment and management that allowed your employee to suffer like that and drown like that. It was Valentine’s Day the employee should have had support and not just him alone working! Management failed this employee! He deserves a raise to put up with what he had to last night!!! Management due better and have team support for your employees!! Don’t make them work all alone! It was a busy night last night. Staff your establishment correctly and take care of your employees so they aren’t alone and put in horrible situations.

The manager that worked at 8pm on 1/23 was very rude and started laughing when I called to complain. And he had the nerve to get loud and start yelling. The worst service ever. I will be calling corporate to file an official complaint. Shame on you for providing such nasty service.

I ordered an online pickup order today. I ordered 4 different flavors. All the flavors I had the breading was falling off the chicken, I bit into the chicken and it was CHEWY, PINK, and looking RAW. I ordered it on my lunch break so I went to the store after my shift ended and met with the Manager Chris. I let him know how the chicken was(all the wings were there by the way) and all he said that it’s on an automatic timer..no apologizes nothing for being inconvenienced? After saying that he walked away from me.. came back and said is there anything else that you want? How about some customer service.. I’m sorry inflation is too insane right now for me to some 34 bucks on some wings that were cooked UNDER and tasted disgusting. Hopefully I get my refund in 3-7 business days because he refused to give me a receipt for the return. Very unsatisfied with the way I was treated, and that nasty food. Should have took pictures

I ordered pick up last night and had to call over the phone since the online ordering system was down. Had to wait for attendants for a while to just get my pickup and pay. The place was empty and some servers even walked past those of us waiting. One server who was clearly on his break had to attend to us. I had them confirm my order twice before paying. When I got home I realized that some of the food was missing. Called to inquire and they only gave me a partial refund. Once my family actually ate the food, which was not nearly enough to feed the 7 of us turned out none of the sauces were correct. They switched my order but bagged it with my receipt. Had been craving wings all week and my family couldn’t even enjoy them since the flavors were incorrect. My younger siblings only ate potato wedges for dinner. Super disappointed with the service here. This isn’t even the first time something like this has happened when ordering out at this location. They need to do better! I want a full refund.
