If I could rate this place a 0 star is would, took 10 min to get seated and then after getting seated nobody came to help us for 20 min till I decided to just walk out, honestly worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to, and I wouldn’t recommend whatsoever.

I’ve tried nachos in many places, but this one is number one for me! It has that perfect chili flavor and the right balance of ingredients — cheese, pico de gallo, jalapeños, a tasty tomato sauce, and thin, light tortilla chips. They’re not hard or heavy; they’re crisp but easy to eat and swallow. So good that you can enjoy them even if you’re not hungry! Everything is in perfect proportion, with the true flavor of real nachos. The portion size is great too — perfect for sharing (I can’t finish it alone!). And the price? Just right. Definitely recommend it!

They hand-picked the workers here, and they're all rude and weird. No one really wants to work here. It's like they rounded everyone up and forced them to work. If you see the same attitude, leave a bad review so their management can look into it.

Go anywhere else This place is horrible, i picked up an order and my wings barely had any sauce they were basically plain, some wings were not even fully cooked, I ordered 60 wings and we only received 2 tiny cups of ranch!! I called to try and fix this but when I called I was only offered 10 dollars for an almost 70 dollar order, the manager was rude and hostile, I hate adding to any stress service workers they work hard and take a lot of disrespect but this was ridiculous, she said bye and hung up in the middle of talking to her.

Bryan was our server and he had an unwelcoming attitude, he didn’t smile once… if you dislike the role you have to deliver then simply do not be a server. he failed to address the situation we had with our rewards points and had no intention of fixing it or seeking help to see what they can do. wait time was absurd, i noticed other customers were very unhappy with how long he was taking. honestly the atmosphere very depressing/irritating because of his lack of reassuring his customers and checking in, he didn’t display any signs of kindness or the characteristics that come with customer service.

Bryan was honestly one of the worst servers I’ve ever had. He was very dismissive and seemed like he hated being there. Lack of accountability, communication and professionalism. We went in because I wanted to use my free 6 wings reward, I asked him how to use it, he didn’t know how , and when I clicked on it, in order to use it, all of a sudden there was a problem and I could not use it anymore and he charged us for it. I understand that the wings were only $10.95 but at the same time I came with the purpose of using the reward and I even showed it to him so he could have definitely asked a manager to comp it. It’s not like the $11 is coming out of his check…truthfully I’m very disappointed and nobody seemed to care. Not worth the time.

I was on the beach downtown and decided I'm going to go there because that is one of the best locations after many years they finally got it right. I live in Morton Grove so it was on the way home I stopped there said at the bar in their new bartender is top notch he doesn't miss a trick one bartender and he did everything great for everyone busy Saturday night and I put the order in I didn't even get a chance to sip on my beer that was served instantly before my food came out better than I've ever had it and I'm not kidding I said is this mine I didn't think it could even come out that quick but it was perfect in every way. I'm shocked everything was flawless I haven't had that happen in a decade. Thank you This was July 19th 2025. Just saw that I should post this. Fried pickles awesome 15boneless wings five teriyaki 10 garlic parmesan it was awesome can't wait to go back Thank you !! This one is the one by AMC theater Carpenter road and touhy avenue. Sadly I go to Old orchard Mall all the time because it's not too far from my house I used to go to that location for Buffalo wild wings no matter what I do even when it's empty I can't get my food right I can't get food that tastes right it's normally overcooked it normally doesn't have sauce on it very much It's normally horrible I've been have it pouring out if I get it to go thing or normally I'll sit there and eat it It's normally horrible You don't have to time like I haven't had it right there for years but I give it a shot once or twice a year and it's always horrible there and that's where I wish it would get right but I haven't since but for the pandemic even had it right it's just ridiculous So I will go from where I live by Old orchard all the way to the one on the other side of Skokie when I go to Buffalo wild wings even if I'm at Old orchard Mall I will go all the way all the way over to the other mall to make sure it's right it's sad you have to do that hopefully now I will try the one that old orchard soon and it will be better. 🙏
